A lot of pain in my head this morning.
It is vital that we begin to actualize the Living Hologram of the New Earth. To actualize it is to see beyond the probable reality and focus ourselves through the Infinite Now on the part of the holographic Earth that is manifesting in Creation, a new dimension of light and a new potential for the expression of Harmonic Oneness with truth as the foundation for righteousness and depth of meaning expressed between the energy fields of the psyche, before words are spoken.

On November 11th, 2011 at 11am (your time), please join me in exhaling pure radiant Light for 11 minutes that encircles the capital. If you are in another country, encircle your country's capital. Here in the United States, that would be the White House.

Every state in our nation gathers in the white house and therefore, no aspect of this country will be left untouched by our Breath of Light.

Inhale the energy of the earth, with each exhale imagine you are at the Nations Capital and exhaling pure white light energy. Or simply pure breath. That is to say, no intention set into it. Light is quite intelligent and always serves the highest good in the best way.

There is no right way or wrong way of breathing. If you are currently breathing, you will be adding to the energy of this purposeful 11 minutes of Life changing breath.

Dear Ones,
It is quite a task to communicate with you all from a place that is of pure light while you are still dwelling in much density in your daily life. Only in your meditation we are actually able to come a bit closer to you. We are from a 6-dimensional realm which has both, translucent form, but fluctuating, and formlessness. Our main awareness, experience and identification is mere Being and Energy or Light. We experience also feelings which are of Divine Qualities: Joy, Love, feeling of Oneness, Beauty, Peace, Compassion. We never feel dissatisfied or have negative emotions. This is a sign of lower density and in your case of the experience of duality.
