What expert masons we are, we seem to excel at our ability to construct walls, not only that, but once erected we seem to remain at peace to stay within them. This is so strange. How on earth could we possibly be happy behind walls? Our biggest and most impenetrable wall seems to be our wall of us versus ‘them’. It is all part of our world of duality of course, but this wall seems to be the hardest one to break down. We have become hung up on seeing what the dark ones are doing to us. Yes they are doing these things to the world, but so are we! If we continue to think in terms of us versus them, we give this ‘THEM’ power to continue on with what they are doing. I will be the first to say I am guilty of this, it has been an ongoing struggle to release this hold they have over me, but that hold is now evaporating. I know thoughts create reality and so if we continue to give them all the power we do, they will remain our controllers for a very long time.

It has been a long struggle to release, them but I am finally coming to the end of the battle. It is important we learn how to do this and clear our thoughts, because yes, we are giving our power away to them by seeing them as all-powerful and controlling everything. I have said many times before, stay aware of what is going on, inform yourself, then release it! We need to be aware but not hold onto it, therein lies our problem if we hold on. I read alternative news to seek the truth of what is going on, but also to see what is taking place behind the scenes to counteract what is being done. It gives one hope to realize how quickly the dark plan is disintegrating now and how powerful the force of love has become!

We constructed walls a long time ago by seeing us versus them, Republicans vs Democrats, Catholics versus Jews, gays versus straight, black versus white. We have been so busy walling ourselves off into tiny compartments where only those who believe as we do are allowed to enter and sadly we shut everything else out. What we shut out are all parts of this world we call life, each one has its own place for being in and to believe otherwise only limits our sense of reality and shrinks down the world we live in. We are not truly co-existing at all, we are selectively existing and to our own detriment. We are all one!

Judgment has been the cement that has held our walls tightly together and allowed us to hide away in what we consider safety but really it is isolation from the whole. Judgment allowed us to believe we are better than, others are less than, we are smarter than, we are stronger than, we are more powerful than, others are weaker than. The list of absurdities goes on and on and could take up this whole post. This kind of thinking has not only kept re-cementing our walls in place, it has kept us from evolving and growing into a loving humanity. Our walls are our boxes and it is not only time to think outside these boxes but to get out of them as well! As long as judgment is at the helm of our ship we will continue to sail steadily to our undoing.

Yes there are bad people running our country at the moment and they are doing bad things, but do not place your focus there! Look instead at what IS right in the world and there is plenty of that if you just pay attention. As long as all the heart people all around the world are holding the light in place good things continue to occur, and no of course you won’t hear about it on TV. Place all of your focus on learning how to stay in your heart, on how to be love and see love wherever you are, how to always look for the good that is there within the bad. This is an extremely powerful way to live your life and when you live this way you stay in the flow and life is good. Stay there and hold that frequency called light and watch how your life will change for the better.
