Twice-robbed Black Rock Coffee in Tigard gets 'cash mob' of support [1]

TIGARD -- On a cold Sunday afternoon, a woman squeezed to the front of the crowd at Black Rock Coffee Bar, handed the barista $20 and waved good-bye.

"Really?" said Kelly Belair, who has worked at the kiosk since it opened a year ago. "Oh my gosh, thank you. I'm going to cry."
