Hatshepsut - One of the Many Guises of Venus

Egyptian Queen Hatshepsut - Queen of Sheba - Venus

hatshepsut-pharaoh-horus-queen-egyptian What are we to make of such imagery? Did the population of ancient Egypt understand why the head of state, their divine queen was portrayed as a lion-maned sphinx?hatshepsut-queen-horus-phararoh-god

Absolutely--they simply looked up!

Hatshepsut one just one of the many divine names given to Venus as it literally reigned over earth during dynasty Egypt and such imagery is symbolic of Venus Hatshepsut appearing almost stationary (possibly on the horizon) as a second glorious sun, a divine heavenly queen.

The sacred inscriptions fully corroborate this.

"Live the Horus: Wosretkew; Favorite of the Two Goddesses; Fresh in Years; Golden Horus: Divine of Diadems; splendid part of her father, Amon-Re, lord of heaven, who has not been far removed from the father of all gods, shining in brightness like the Horizon-God she illuminates like the sun, vivifying the hearts of the people, who is exalted in name so that it hath reached heaven (Breasted)."

"Like as god she brings peace and prosperity to Egypt"
"Daughter of Re."
"Perfect Goddess."
"Her beauty is Unsurpassed."

"Just and Full of Vitality Like the Sun god Re (Ra)."
or "Truth/Order/Balance ("Ma'at") is the Spirit/Double("ka") of Ra.' (Thus proving that "ka" can mean "double"- click here for ref.) [2]
'Like a God She Brings Peace and Prosperity to Egypt'

The Image on the right shows Hatshepsut's flesh painted a distinctly vibrant red - this represents a red orbed Venus in the image of the red Sun.

Queen Hatshepsut Planetary Deity

Hatshepsut slowly assumed all of the regalia and symbols of the Pharaonic office: the Khat head cloth, topped with an uraeus, the traditional false beard, and shendyt kilt. Many existing statues show her in both a feminine and masculine form. Statues portraying Sobekneferu also combine elements of traditional male and female iconography and may have served as inspiration for the works commissioned by Hatshepsut.

However, after this period of transition ended, all depictions of her showed her in a masculine form, with all of the pharaonic regalia and with her breasts omitted. hatshepsut-god-king-pharaoh-femaleShe dressed as a king, even wearing a false beard and the Egyptian people seem to have accepted this unprecedented behavior. In short, she was portrayed as a man, more specifically a god king of Egypt. The reasons for this are a topic of great debate in Egyptology.

The God King Scenario offers a plausible explanation for the 'Queen who would be King.'

Size Matters

In my first book 'An Ancient World in Chaos' I forwarded the very simple and logical proposal that the largest planetary body in respect to earth was naturally deemed king of Egypt and this is exactly what we have here. Hatshepsut/Venus having previously being content to remain in the background as the beautiful and passive queen to the warring god king planets now moves to the forefront, to be deemed crowned not queen, but god king of Egypt, the female Horus (embodiment of kingship). A period that as history records lasted about 22 years (reign of Hatshepsut).

The 'outsizing' of other bodies by Hatshepsut/Venus is clearly recorded on the walls of her mortuary temple at Deir el-Bahri.

“Her majesty grew beyond everything; to look upon her was more beautiful than anything; her ----------- was like a god, her form was like a god, she did everything as a god, her splendor was like a god; her majesty was a maiden, beautiful, blooming, Buto in her time. She made her divine form to flourish, a favor of him that fashioned her.” (J. H. Breasted p91)

I put in "was Hatshepsut and NesiKhonsu the same?" and this is a part of one of the links. I will log out and get the information. God is not thru with me yet thereby I have more to remember bout this machine. hehehee

This also validates that Hatsheptsut was the queen who was the apple of King Solomons eye. Its in the Bible about Solomon and Queen Sheba (Hatsheptsut), but im not sure where. She borne him a son. She also may of been the one who helped Solomon write Proverbs, and Chapter 31 was for thier son.
