Heavy flooding hits S.A. area [1]

Up to ten inches of rain have fallen on San Antonio and the surrounding area causing heavy flooding and at least one death.
A car washed into a drainage area off W. Nakoma and Warfield and fire and police say they found a body in a car there.
An area off Espada Rd. just south of Loop 410 also has been flooded. County fire crews at the scene rescued several people from their homes.
