No warning, watch: Dalila bows into hurricane off Pacific coast of Mexico

This NOAA satellite image taken Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 02:00 AM EDT shows light to moderate rain with isolated thunderstorms over California, Nevada, southeastern Oregon, and southern Idaho. Light to moderate rain with scattered thunderstorms over southwestern New Mexico and southeastern Arizona. Tropical Storm Dalila is off the southwestern Mexico coast moving west-northwest at 6 mph. Max winds are 70 mph with some increase in strength forecast in the next 24 hours.
