IN-Lightenment: How to form a deeper connection to your Higher Self

The time has come for many to form a deeper connection to their Higher Self. There are various reasons for this, one of them being that the energy is stronger now and a deeper connection is necessary to help with the integration of the incoming energy to enable you to feel more in balance. If you don’t integrate the energy, you may feel you are going crazy.

The high Heart, or Sacred Heart, acts as a portal to your Higher Self. It is the passageway or gateway that connects your [lower] consciousness with your higher consciousness which is known as your Higher Self. Whichever way you choose to view this part of yourself is up to you. Call it God too if you like. We don’t like labels because as Beings of Light, we are infinite and therefore cannot be defined by a word.

We have said many times that you will find everything you need within you – and the meaning of these words has been misunderstood by some, but we mean this quite literally. Within your high Heart chakra or energy center / vortex, you will find the gateway to your True Self. That’s it. Nowhere else. You have also heard that the Heart is the center of the New Reality and New Earth, and it is. We are in a sense moving out of our minds, and our false sense of self which is the ego, and into our hearts.

For some being in their heart center is achieved through meditation, for others it may be through music, art or working with animals. For some it may be through baking a cake. Generally doing whatever brings you joy is connecting you with your Heart chakra because you are BE-ing love by doing what brings you your greatest joy. And there is nothing wrong with that! Continue please, do what you love because nothing brings Spirit more joy than YOU experiencing joy! Love and Joy is food to the Soul.

Requesting or Knowing…Which is the Most Powerful Way to Pray?

Prayer is an efficient and powerful tool. It is essential for each one of us to pray and/or meditate. Requesting blessings and giving thanks is of ultimate benefit – it is also a magnanimous way we can help others and our planet. Joining others in prayer bolsters the energy behind the manifestation and expedites it.

I now better understand that there is another level of prayer that does not include just making requests. Instead, it is completely about being inside the realm of gratitude and knowingness…sending out blessings, healing, loving and abundance to anyone, everyone and everything. (Yes, in case you were wondering, you do have the power within to send out gifts to others.)

When we are connected to our souls, knowingness and gratitude amplifies the way prayer manifests in the world. Knowingness is not the same as hope or faith. Knowingness is a much higher frequency. It is simply a more powerful way of bringing forth abundance to everyone’s life including ourselves.

Full Moons are a time of releasing.  It is a time of releasing the old that is no longer working. Go deep into yourself, your foundations and old perceptions and observe what is no longer working for you.  What is no longer vibrating where you are vibrating?   It is a time of purging and releasing in all areas of your life.   This Full Moon is also a Super Full Moon meaning that the Moon is very close to the Earth. This is the 5TH of 5 Super Moon’s in a row. This Super Moon is called a Perigee Moon….. which  is when the Moon comes within 90% of its closest approach to earth.  This generates greater gravitational and electromagnetic pulls…..on our tides, tectonic plates, the Earth, all its inhabitants and ourselves and our psychic! Accelerating shifts in consciousness.   Remember that this powerful Super Moon last a day and half (or 2 days as some are now saying) on each side of the peak.

So with the Full Moon in Pisces (spiritual, psychic, intuitive, high creativity, direct connection with Source, sensitive,  unconditional love), the Sun is in Virgo (reality, grounded, detailed, gathers lots of knowledge, analytical, critical, service, health/healing).  The Sun and the Moon are in opposition, and an opposition in Astrology asks us for an adjustment, a balancing, a compromise of the opposite ends, in order to obtain positive growth.  In this case, the Full Moon is in Pisces & the Sun is in Virgo.  Virgo sees the details and Pisces sees the whole picture on all spiritual levels.  Pisces is in dream land, and Virgo is in real land.  Virgo is in the head, and Pisces is in the heart.  With this Full Moon we can bring in an incredible amount of Piscean energy through meditation, dreams, creativity and manifesting…… while bringing them down to Earth and grounding them in reality……with the Virgo Sun energy.
