in this lifetime whenever November comes around alot of focus is placed on the holiday "Thanksgiving" in America.Alot of those reasons are business related with the whole black friday bullshit and "sales" at alot of companies.

But lets take a step back and reflect upon right now.We as a global and universal collective are watching ignorance dissolve as we bring in more light love energies within our beings to be love in action.Many people think being thankful is appreciating the fact they "have" something that others seem to lack. When in truth we have everything we need within to change and impact the world for the highest outcome of love.

So lets be thankful that we can come together as one in love no matter what because all is love.

Lets be thankful in this very moment that we are on planet earth=heart going through and experiencing the ascension process this way for the first time.

Lets be thankful for all of creation assisting humanity.

Lets be thankful for the thousands and millions of people waking up every day.every moment

Lets be thankful for Mother and Father God for giving all of what we are to us to help us all remember that we are all mirror reflections of one another.one love.one heart.

Don't let Congress ruin the Farm Bill

Tell your Members of Congress to protect farmers and consumers, not big business!

Dear Reader,

Of all the things that Congress has failed at lately, the Farm Bill is one of the biggest. But it's also the biggest deal for those of us who care about where our food comes from.That's why I'm asking you to contact your Members of Congress right now, and tell them to pass the best possible Farm Bill.

The Farm Bill is a massive law that makes the rules not only for farmers, but for almost all aspects of our food, affecting everything from the price of milk, to subsidies for factory farms, to food stamps for families in need. Congress was supposed to renew this bill back in 2012, but the House and Senate can't agree on what the new bill should look like. So they've extended it again, and again, and again. 

I was going to jump

but changed my mind

and now,  I can’t get down.

Storms throw up so much  in their wake.

It is difficult to navigate

through incoming vibrations.

And so I go with it.

Flowing with the stream, staying focused,

and grounding best I can.

At least my head is above water.

I’m not struggling in waves.

Boulders still scrap off layers but I let go.

You did this for me, stayed stable

when I was down.  Now I’ll do it for you

 and stay in the thick of it holding light.

I know you can do this.

Even though chaos churns the waters,

together, there is no stopping us.
