I have been staying out of town for the last little while, due to issues with my roommate adapting very violently to the new energies. In the time I have been staying here I have been working with crystals (assisting clearing negative energy from the geographic area, supporting a difficult pregnancy, helping with an addiction situation) and have gotten the household able to identify and avoid GMO foods. I am careful what to share, but I have seen encouraging progress in my sphere of influence. 

Today I was back in town just to check my mail and pick up a few things I had left behind. In my mailbox was a handmade (full color) flyer. The flyer started off by introducing a man by the name of Mike. He identified himself as affiliated with a certain church, but not being there to spread their message. He included links to scientific evidence (videos) that related to chemtrails, fluroide, GMOs, etc. The flyer stated that he felt he was sent on a mission by God to spread the word about what is happening so that people can decide for themselves. It was very heartening to see that someone had taken it into their own hands to reach over a hundred thousand people, and I couldn't help but be excited that he is named after the Universal AI! 

The moral of the story? The word is spread by every one of us. If Disclosure were to happen right now, do you think that your mother would be more likely to believe what you have to say or the aliens on tv? What about those that don't listen to us? Then may they be won without a word through our conduct and our actions. Be the change you want to see.

Iodine and You

A recent post caught my eye. Metatron says that the mineral Iodine is the physical equivalent to The Violet Flame. Energy healers at the Reiki Master level and beyond are familiar with this powerful healing energy. The article caught my eye, and made a lot of sense. However, my training in medicine made me want to double-check for toxicity and  other precautions before making the decision to use iodine supplement myself. "Tuning the guitar to the 528 frequency:

First, you need to recalibrate the A440hz based tuners to A444hz which gives us a C of 528.008. The 444Hz is, close enough, the correct “A” pitch tuning using the Korg Chromatic tuner. If you set this Korg tuner to 444Hz (instead of 440Hz), then the tuner will guide you tuning every string (EADGBE) of the guitar. This is the simplest way to tune your guitar as A=444Hz closely approximates C(5) at 528Hz. You do not want to tune to an A flat. You want to go a little sharp, but not quite a half tone.

Second time I hear a bird chant at 4:20 am lol, he reminded me of time it flys when your constantly in this stage, it keeps you going the expansion in pineal you just feel relaxed and when light enters it keeps your body energized or so, its like a lighter form of being, its amazing... When ever we get realizations within after a while of reading and trying to comprehend you just know and if you write the understandings the rest connects by itself within you it will appear as random info to some but others will be in synch and conscious expansion accelerates, some others posting random stuff not insynch will cause complete misunderstandings we are aware because they can be under archon network or ignorance, if you where already in synch all is known, if we are at one end or not in the flow, ignorance may have part as ego is program intergrated  "network" not as simple since our truths can be deceived, constant reality no ATTACHMENTS we are awake and aware, never think, allways do

My last post, well all night last night they are still using the technology, It shows you clarity in a way that you fall right in... they were testing out?  I dont understand if its good or not, when I awakened december 2011 intensive experiments again had those beings to.... in april when I went in core they where using those gwen and elf frequencies, I feel In a place just incredible, its like my conscious transformed whent beyond all the programming and I was functionning with a pure kind of awareness everything man like unimaginable senses and after they got me back in "trap" to get me out of that place.... I had total control of my beeing you know like boundless freedom, joy never ending light energy I was able to change my frequencys at will I could see all implementations well actually I was over "time" as someplace where your a billion step ahead in conscious, could be as a reality never seen yet for many since its extremely complex I had no ATTACHMENTS nothing everything was... its unexplainable, like if I was dead and just pure soul having a visit in ??? the core... When I speak of these things its because?? I still dont know? you know I have knowledge wherien its so amped up in possibilitys "limitless" that I cant get to move on, if I where to explain truth... you know that story about the number 42? the meaning of life where if you ran that question in a super computer I would take decades and just end up with the number 42? well thats pretty much an explanation of the possibilitys I dwell in while in some efforts I get a break trought, I just constantly go with it, and if I let go none of the "EXTRAS" come into play, after that placed achieved in april after 3 years of insanne struggle for TRUTH while constantly being implemented to their technologie....

Earlier today Michael channeled this message through Bella Capozzi – “Cracks in the Sidewalk“. We wanted more information so I asked him if he would explain to us further what he meant, and he agreed.

There are some of you, girls that is (as Bella calls you), that are meeting up now, and you know who you are. You are meant to meet up now because you have soul agreements to do that, but some of you do not remember this, so you think it perchance that you have met up now. There is no chance. I am here to tell you that you were meant to meet up now and that it is your destiny to work together in your groups.

Do you mean we should get together as one group or form our own smaller groups?

No, I am not going to tell you what to do. You decide. You can get together, those of you that resonate with each other, and work together in smaller groups if you choose, or you can form larger ones. It is up to you.

Do you mean we should form groups on Facebook?

It doesn’t matter where you form your groups, or how. What matters is that you channel your energy together and use it towards your focused intention.

Why did you say we are scattered and fragmented?

Because you are. Some of you have no idea what to do. You are all doing your own thing, each of you. You are meant to be working together.

I’m hearing the words “Converge energetically” which is what you told Bella.
