If we identify ourself as spirit rather than body, it makes it much easier to co create the illusion around us. Truly we are only that energy and light we feel inside our physical being which is the eternal us. The body is our spiritual race car, a tool to experience life with. When one understands that, it makes it much easier control that we experience, and we too have a greater respect for this body, our Earth Transportation Mechanism. LOVE!
