~ Another possible method to removing feelings of Separation from Source ~
Perhaps some of you may have the issues I have had for years. I have known since childhood that the Creator (however you wish to call that Energy) Loved me, had created me. But seldom could feel that inside me. I felt Separation. Gradually I realized that that Separation was something I was creating, not coming from Source. I could see that feelings of Unworthiness, Shame, Guilt blocked me. I could intellectually let them go as I knew this time in 3D was an Illusion but the beliefs and feelings were still buried/trapped in my Subconscious/Inner Child. There have been many moments in meditation and prayer where I could KNOW that I was loved but maintaining that feeling would be difficult out of meditation. I can't even count the methodologies I would try to remove that barrier.Today a light bulb went off. I have used Robert G. Smith's FASTER EFT for some time for correcting a number of issues, weight gain, etc. Today watching one of his Webinars I believe my Higher Self was saying, "Use this to change your inner beliefs about yourself. Let go of all your guilts, shame, bad memories, feelings of unworthiness. It is the major step out of Duality and back into Oneness." Any parent knows the feelings of having made poor decisions and even blaming yourself for others "errors" in judgment. So I began tapping away the bad memories, hurts, guilts, feelings of unworthiness. My forehead began to fill with Light, my Heart filled with Joy. It is True that our Loving Creator just wants us to Feel that Love.
In no way do I believe this is THE Path. Just one more tool in the toolbox. Abraham has helped me immensely at allowing wonders into my Life.
