Dear Ones, all healing, all great change begins within. It is a state of intention, which then brings forth the correct alignment to move into the desired result. Think of the captain of a ship. The captain decides where he wishes to go, then with his intention, charts a course and then enters into the flow that will take him there. You are the captain of your own ship! If you are waiting for someone to come in and fix you, you will be waiting a very long time, because you cannot attract wholeness from a place of powerlessness. If you are looking to be saved in any way, you are still supporting your victim consciousness. The second you assume responsibility for yourself, change your intention and surrender into the flow, you have set the energies in motion that will get your desired results. One of the most important things enlightening human beings can release is the fear of power. The fear of power is one of the most stagnating fears there is, resulting in many people resisting stepping into their own authenticity. As a human being of light, you are kind and sensitive. You are afraid of power because you have already experienced it being misused. Do you see? You no longer need that experience. Now you are here to experience power being used not to separate, but being used mindfully, for the greatest good of all. Doesn't that feel wonderful to imagine? Stop keeping yourselves small and finally step forward into what you are here to do, which is to embody your authentic power, as a beloved aspect of God. You are ready. ~Archangel Gabriel

Many, many human beings who are drawn to embrace their spirituality are on the earth with service contracts. This often can come with a lack of balance and boundary issues, as the human beings of light attempt to honour their purpose. In fact, it is not uncommon at all for them to end up exhausted, depressed, disillusioned and even sick. Worse, no matter how hard they try, they perceive their service as never being enough and put tremendous pressure on themselves to always give and never receive. Dear Ones, let us evolve beyond the old paradigm of the servant who lives a noble life expression of selfless service. Rather, let us embrace the idea of mindful service. MIndful service is not the old, out of balance service that cares about everyone but one's self. Rather, mindful service considers the wellbeing of ALL including the servant. This more closely matches the unity consciousness you are striving to achieve. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, we understand that many of you have been wounded by others, particularly in your love relationships. We know how deeply you can feel that hurt, and that many of you carry those wounds, energetically, for years.
If you have been hurt by another, we advise that you step back and examine the situation. Clearly ask yourself how you participated in this situation. What has this experience taught you? If you are being honest with yourself, did you know your partner was not a good match? Were there what you call "red flags"? Were you ignoring signs that things were not right? You always have a part in all of your life experiences, because your soul has chosen to have the experience for your clarity and growth.
Looking at the situation from a detached or meditative state can be helpful. This is about examining the situation in a place beyond blame. (Blaming will only perpetuate victim consciousness.) Having accountability for your own role creates less likelihood it will ever happen to you again. Take the lessons that are available from the experience, and then intend to energetically release it. Then, Dear Ones, move forward and live in the Now.
This is where most people get stuck. Even if they say they forgive the one who wounded them, they stay focused on the past. Even if you are on high lookout for the thing that hurt you in an attempt to keep yourself safe, you are still in the energy of what wounded you. Do you see? In order to truly forgive and heal, you must examine, release, take whatever new knowledge and insight you have gained, and start living in the Now again. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, we said it yesterday but we feel it is such an important message we will say it again. Every single time you blame others you are staying in your victim consciousness. That means you are giving your power away, and choosing to stay stuck. You cannot heal, you cannot thrive, you cannot create the life of your dreams from that space of powerlessness. Many choose to stay in their victimhood in order to avoid assuming responsibility for self. You have two choices. You can create your life unconsciously and continue to have the experience of life happening to you, afraid of what will happen next, or, you can dust yourself off, grab the reins and start to create the life expression you deserve. When you are accepting full responsibility for your wellness and your life expression, every day becomes an adventure, filled with joy and wonder. Which would you rather? ~Archangel Gabriel

If you were an athlete, you would understand that rest and recovery time was an integral part of your growth and training. You would also be very mindful of what you put in your body, and the demands you made of it. Everything would be considered as an important element in helping you reach your goals.
It is the same with your spiritual advancements, Dear Ones. You are always growing, and part of the growth process is giving yourself the elements required to thrive, always with the intention of reaching and maintaining your peak performance. Those elements are proper nutrition, rest and integration, meditation and visualization and being in tune with yourself enough to recognize and honour what is required. All of it comes together to create the perfect conditions to excel.
The athlete doesn't focus on yesterday. The athlete is always seeking to better their performance and don't doubt for a second that they can do it. They see each new day as an opportunity to improve and understand that consistent effort is what pays off. Perhaps if you consider yourself a spiritual athlete, it might help you step into a model that will give you the focus, commitment, self awareness, support and care you need during your enlightenment process. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, have you noticed when you speak of others it often focuses on your differences? My black teacher, my white friend, my gay neighbour, my jewish co-worker, my disabled cousin. This is a habit born in separation consciousness, and in no way represents the energies you are shifting into. Why not simply friend, neighbour, co-worker, fellow human being, fellow journeyer? Find ways to celebrate your oneness, your mutual connectedness to Source, and you will start truly supporting the unity consciousness you are on the earth to anchor and experience. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, your soul is always seeking its next highest expression of self. When you hear this, you automatically start thinking, how do I know what that is? How do I find that? How do I be that? You need not worry. Your soul will naturally lead you to that place through the flow. Your job is to get out of your own way. Getting out of your own way means navigating your path beyond fear and doubt. How do you do that? Surrender. Surrender to the flow, and stay in the flow long enough to allow things to unfold. Caring for others can prove to be very difficult if you haven't practiced unconditional love, acceptance and care for the self. If you are attempting to work from a place of personal lack or deficit, you not in balance. What happens from trying to be of service from a depleted, out of balance state, is the human becomes exhausted, disheartened, disillusioned and often develops feelings of resentment and lack of appreciation. This is exactly why you see such high burnout rates with your helping professions. We love you and honour you for your tender and caring hearts, but you must prioritize your health, wellness, and balance first. From that firm foundation you can then spread that caring and nurturing to others. Healthy boundaries, balance and self love are essential elements to become an empowered human being of light and to be of your highest service. ~Archangel Gabriel

One of the biggest challenges to the enlightening human being, is to keep your calm, balanced state when you are around others who are uncomfortable and acting out. Dear Ones, if you allow that energy to drag you down, you have given your power away. If you sink to their energetic level, you will be allowing the situation to move even further out of balance. One of the best things you can do is to allow other people to experience whatever energies they are choosing for themselves, while anchoring your own calm BEingness. This is part of the skill of acceptance. You can lovingly accept that others are choosing to have an experience, and also accept that experience has nothing to do with you and your own personal choices. Everyone gets to choose! You get to choose joy, happiness, love, bliss. You also get to choose despair, anger, frustration and depression. At any moment you can decide what you want your primary response to be. If you slide out of your highest alignment, you have simply forgotten that you always get to choose. ~Archangel Gabriel

We invite you to take a moment to stop and appreciate the miracle you really are. Right now, your body is working seamlessly, so many systems working harmoniously together, to give you your physical form, to sustain life in your body. You are, in a sense, your own universe within the universe. Consider all your wonderful talents - that you can speak, that you can move, read, write, dance, love, nurture, teach, and a myriad of other things that make you a unique expression of Source. Take a moment to see all the things you have accomplished, learned and experienced over the past year, five years, ten years, twenty years of your life expression. Now, accept that from being the miracle that you are, that you can attract even more miraculous things to you. You are a vital, amazing, integral part of the much bigger system, and powerful in ways you are just starting to realize. ~Archangel Gabriel
