Rio de Janeiro, Jan 5 (Prensa Latina) Heavy rains and floods virtually devastated Belford Roxo and Duque de Caxias municipalities, of the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro, where the state of emergency remains.
The rains of the last 72 hours caused the Capivari river flooding, which took another stream channel that destroyed homes, streets and everything in its path, according to the State Institute of Environment (INEA).
