The March 11, 2011 quake that occurred off Japan and the tsunami that followed it were hotly debated at the time of their occurrence. Matthew Ward issued a message the next day describing what he says took place. He said that:

 

“The earthquake off the coast of Japan, strategically positioned to cause the tsunami, was not Mother Nature’s doing. Her only involvement was the unavoidable initial movements of land and water after Illuminati scientists triggered the quake.

“Our space family was able to thwart their goal to level cities, flood the island and kill most of its inhabitants; however, harnessing the full force of the ocean is beyond the capability of [our space family's] technology. Mother Nature isn’t causing the suspicious number of aftershocks, either, and it should be obvious to your seismologists and geologists that something is horribly awry.” (1)

 

Matthew said the quake was ordered by “peak members of the Illuminati” and called it a “shallow win.”

 

“The peak members of the Illuminati know that their economic empire is shattered, and before the last shreds of their once impenetrable global network are completely gone, they are trying to generate a mass of negativity through creating chaos, destruction and high death toll wherever they can.

“For all the devastation in the ocean’s path and the damaged nuclear power facility, compared to the Illuminati’s intent to utterly destroy Japan, it was a shallow win for them. There was minimal damage in Tokyo; the quake, aftershocks and tsunami released a large amount of negativity on the planet; off-planet technology is lessening the effects of radiation from the power station; and other civilizations are beaming intense light, adding to the outpouring of prayers for the Japanese people, whose resilience and resourcefulness and the assistance of other countries will restore that nation.” (2)

 

Suzy and Hatonn explained why the event could be lessened but not prevented.

 

“The quake and tsunami are not false flag operations and didn’t involve attempts to use nuclear warheads, which ETs are authorized to stop. Hatonn says fleets are authorized to lessen the effects of geophysical events and they do that, but preventing them would be interfering with the cleansing process — the release of negativity — as well as the affected people’s soul contracts.” (3)

 

That explanation may not comfort us and certainly would not comfort the people of Japan.

 

Sheldan Nidle’s Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation had a slightly different explanation of the quake:  “Although the Japan quake was initiated by Mother Earth, the aftershocks were aggravated or created by devices belonging to the dark cabal.” (4)

SaLuSa appeared to disagree with both Matthew and Sheldan, calling the event the result of natural forces.

 

“Dear Ones, we must mention the massive earthquake in Japan, that followed an earlier one in New Zealand. When you have countries that are in earthquake zones and actually on the Ring of Fire you are sitting on a powder keg, and there is always a chance that the big one takes place whether through natural or man-made means. At a time when Mother Earth is re-shaping the surface, you can therefore expect some more serious convulsions.” (5)

 

I have no explanation for the divergence in views. Since SaLuSa generally does not answer questions, it may not be possible to pursue the matter with him until after Disclosure.

 

SaLuSa did agree with Matthew that the disaster could have been much worse except for galactic intervention.

 

“In the case of Japan the potential exists for the tectonic plates to pass under each other, and as a result it could disappear into the waves. So we are grateful that the worst scenario did not occur, and have every sympathy and compassion for those dear souls who were affected. It is not our place to interfere, but we are allowed where possible to lessen the effects.” (6)

 

Matthew discussed the fate of the Japanese workers at Fukushima.

“We honor the courage of the Japanese workers at the site whose prolonged proximity to radiation will result in death or severe illness. Those who make transition to Nirvana will be greeted by throngs shouting Bravo! and given whatever personalized care is needed, and their bravery will be recognized as well by leaps in their soul evolvement.

“As for the workers who are less sickened, if their soul contracts call for a lifetime of many years, their bodies can heal as Earth continues her ascension toward vibratory levels where no disease exists. 
” (7)

 

He elaborated on the reception of the victims of the quake and tsunami on the astral planes.

 

“In our previous message, we stated that all persons who perished in the quake and tsunami received exactly the customized care they needed. It would give a measure of comfort to their families if they could know that their beloved souls are joyful in their active lives in spirit and are beaming light to uplift their countrymen. 
” (8)

 

On previous occasions, Hatonn explained, HAARP technology had been used to cause earthquakes in Japan.

 

“[Hatonn] said that in Japan, one of HAARP’s several capacities in various locations has been used in conjunction with developments from Tesla’s inventions and discoveries to produce destruction from above and below Earth’s surface.” (9)

Ben Fulford once drew attention to the use of HAARP to cause an earthquake in Nigata City. (10) But on the occasion of the March 2011 tsunami, Hatonn explained that HAARP was not used.  He said:

“Matthew didn’t say HAARP because that isn’t the weather control technology that the Little Greys shared with governments several decades back and scientists under Illuminati control are using it. If you have to further define this for your readers, weather control technology is correct.” (11)

 

Suzy Ward subsequently published an email she sent to channel Hannah Beaconsfield on March 18, 2011, which said more about the efforts to contain the radiation.

 

“A small ship had landed about a mile from the nuclear facility and the crew was using their technological equipment in conjunction with more extensive equipment in ships overhead; no one at the facility would know the crew was on the ground.” (12)

Following the devastating events, more chaos was caused by Earth’s scientists either wilfully or unknowingly, exaggerating the dangers of the Fukushima radiation, a matter that Hatonn addressed in a letter to the author on April 6, 2012.

 

“Hatonn here. Hello, Steve! Yes, radiation is worrisome to you, and to us too because of the fear this is creating. Remember, the dark ones are feeding on your fear! We understand that right now the situation to many of you seems too serious to be corrected, but we assure you, it is not! The direst reports coming from the United States are with instruments that aren’t perfected to our standards and are registering higher levels than the actual.

 

“It doesn’t make sense that the level of radiation that has blown across the ocean is the same level as near the reactors. And yes, we are containing those as much as possible from our ships and also we’re reducing the radiation as much as possible in conjunction with the small crew near the facility. Of course our efforts would be much more effective if the ships’ technology could be used on site, but mercenary troops under dark control are being alerted for readiness ‘for alien attack’ and we can’t risk your safety or the ships’ crews’ by public landings.” (13)

As sad and reprehensible as the Japanese disaster was, it will probably mark the end of the age of nuclear power on this planet. Said Hatonn:

 

“I want to mention the positive effect of this situation that’s especially sad for Japan, and for your entire world. The reign of nuclear power there is over. In the hands of third density minds it always has been dangerous and it has no place whatsoever in higher densities. But it is not our prerogative to shut down your facilities or prevent construction of new ones. It is yours, and only your collective demand for that could make it happen. Replacement energy sources already are there, they’ve just been suppressed because they aren’t money-makers like nuclear and fossil fuels are. You will see those “hidden” technologies starting to emerge, again by your intention.” (14)

 

In an email, Suzy discussed the battle taking place between the Illuminati and the galactics.

 

“Hatonn just told me that the Illuminati know of our space family’s interference because intended destruction hasn’t happened. Apparently they suspected that but it was conclusive when that hurricane weakened over the ocean, then turned and went north instead of hitting the US mainland, which wasn’t at all what the Illuminati had designed.

 

“He said that technologies to initiate earthquakes and weather manipulation have been refined and intensified over the years. Major storms used to be produced by one system and quakes by another, but because of ET interference, the Illuminati scientists started using a combination of technologies, like back-ups in case one system isn’t as effective as they want, but also to make it more difficult for ET technologies to interfere with all of the energy sources simultaneously. 



…

“Even with ETs’ advanced technologies it’s not a simple matter to dismantle all of the Illuminati’s equipment without interrupting essential power and communication sources that serve us, not only the Illuminati. That’s why discussions are going on at the highest levels of the universal council as to the best way to proceed.

” (15)

 

In a letter to Jean Hudon, Hatonn again referred to efforts underway to dismantle the grid system that supports HAARP.

“Hatonn here. Do not give up hope about your homeland! Discussions at the highest levels of the universal council are going on as to dismantling that grid system, what the counter effects may be with our various technologies. It’s not a matter of if, but how we shall prevent more destruction to the planet by that diabolical means.”

Matthew added this to Hatonn’s discussion.

“Hatonn said there’s no time line on this, but we’ll know because future quakes or eruptions will be fewer and milder—most of the negativity that Earth had to release already has been. He said that’s the paradox about that particular use of HAARP—it’s intended to create massive amounts of negativity but has been releasing much more than it creates. 
”

We can see that in the last six months, the number of weather events usually attributable to HAARP has gone down dramatically. There have been no or very few major hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or snowstorms this past winter.  Along with the success of efforts to relieve stressors on Mother Earth, I interpret this reduction in the number of events to also mean that the Company of Heaven has been successful in curtailing or even shutting down HAARP.

Hatonn also described the help with the situation that would be given when the galactics can land on the planet.

 

“Another factor in the fearful projections is that the scientists aren’t aware of our assistance or that when we are able to be on the ground in numbers that our technology can dematerialize the reactors and nuclear waste as well as purify the air, soil and water. Also, it’s not known that Earth is orbiting in frequencies where radioactivity is fractured, and her phenomenal healing abilities aren’t recognized either.

 

“With the help of our technological assistance, she can restore her health in months rather than the centuries you calculate as ‘half lives’ of radioactive elements. So look forward with positive attitude — don’t underestimate the power of your thoughts, or call them prayers, for Earth to be in full radiance in the near term. A great deal has to be and WILL be accomplished in the time remaining before the end of next year.” (18)

 

In Matthew’s March 25, 2011 message, Hatonn returned to the subject of the help the ETs would provide when they can land.

“When crews can land in great numbers, they will bring their technology to dematerialize all nuclear waste and to eliminate all radioactive pollutants in air, water and soil, and they will work with you to purify and rejuvenate your planet.”

Hatonn explained that the ending of nuclear power on the planet was something we terrestrials had to see to since it was our world.

“Now then, your space family’s assistance in regard to this nuclear situation can go only so far because it is not their world. It is yours, and you must take strong action to assure that nuclear power is eliminated as a principal energy source. There must be a global demand for no new reactors to be built, for those in the construction stage to be stopped, and those in active service to be shut down. Nuclear power at your stage of development has been risky from the beginning, yet it proliferated because it is very profitable to the few whose greed far exceeds safety interests. “

Various other mediums communicated on the subject of the quake and tsunami, but the only one I wish to mention here is the Arcturian Group, speaking through Marilyn Raffaelle on April 2, 2011, who summarized the impact of the disaster and said it was permitted by all whose mission or soul contracts were involved.

 

“Times are quickly shifting for all on the planet earth. There will be more earth changes, but the Light is keeping things as gentle as possible. We say that the earthquake in Japan was necessary and permitted by all involved. You say, how could they permit this? It is done on other levels, dear ones.

 

“The event in Japan is accomplishing many things. For one it is helping to crumble a very rigid structure within the consciousness of the Japanese culture. A structure that even required a person to take their own life if they happened to fail. Many beliefs of this culture are so old and so ego-driven in dimensional energy that this is all a necessary part of their growth into the new energy.

 

“It is also serving to awaken the world to the dangers of using nuclear power for anything. There are those who disagree, but it is not something that is to be a part of the new clean and awakened consciousness. We, (members of the Galactic Federation) are dismantling as quickly as we can with permission of the Higher Sources, all nuclear weapons and some other nuclear issues as permitted, for this does not only affect the earth, but all planets. It is not a safe method of attaining energy as you are learning from the Japanese event. It, along with most of what you are using now, is old and obsolete as you will discover soon.” (21)

 

We see therefore that our sources are not necessarily agreed on whether the Japanese quake and tsunami were natural, man-made or enhanced events. My own belief is that it was a natural event that was enhanced by the Illuminati to cause devastation and chaos. Our terrestrial devices cannot measure the radiation from Fukushima adequately. It appears to be less extensive than Earth scientists report and the galactics have further lessened its impact. When they can land they will clean up the remaining pollution and damage.

Those who departed the planet are said to have had it in their soul contracts to do so. They were welcome onto the astral planes, given the care they needed, and are now assisting with upcoming events, according to Matthew.

 

The weather-warfare systems used to enhance the disastrous events appear to have been neutralized which, along with the progress of Earth’s release of stressors, may account for the lack of repetition of an event so saddening and serious as the Japanese quake and tsunami of March 2011.
