Chi Nei Tsang
We all the time read in the messages coming from our galactic, angel and spirit families, that we have to cleanse our self from the old negative energies to open up space in us for more unconditional love energy-ascension light .
Those old negative energies made home our organs. They came in with stressful, fearful, hateful, angry feelings, all kind of negative experiences and traumas. They are called energy blockages. They have to be removed and turned into light.
There are many methods of opening (cleansing) energy blockages.
Some of them:
- Chi Nei Tsang (I will talk on that….)
. Vipassana meditation (very affective, very powerful meditation-teaching of Gautama Buddha)
. Intending to be cleansed and meditating with this intention
-Asking from Archangel Michael to send his blue ray for opening our blockages and cleansing us and meditating in this blue light
-Asking from your higher self to open the blockages and meditate in your own essence energy
-Asking from your guiding spirits or guardian angels, asking from our star brothers and sisters, asking from ascended masters, asking from fairies or dolphin collective to send their cleansing and healing energy for opening the blockages and meditating in the energy which they send
-Burning sage (Native American way of cleansing) sitting in the smoke of sage and intending to be cleansed with it (surely affective for cleansing of aura but I am not sure if it can remove the blockages by your own afford) (I mean a shaman may do it I guess)
. Burning sandal wood
- having healing sessions from healers—voice healing, energy touch etc..
Offcourse adding the request of being cleansed to the deepest levels, to your daily prayers to Mother/Father God is important.
May be there are many other methods. That’s all I know.
Chi Nei Tsang
In my morning prayers I always ask from God to send me opportunities of cleaning. I ask to be purified. So often a method of cleansing is crossing my path and washing me away. This time I met one of the ancient Chinese Taoist massage technique which is able to open the energy blockages of the body. And I tried it. I had a 50 minute session. It was the most painful 50 minute of my life.. offcourse that’s normal if we consider the thick dark clouds which left my body.
It is my opinion that, with the help of your guiding spirits and your higher self, this method is one of the the fastest blockage opener.
I felt inch by inch the movement of dark energy in my body.. and how it left my body. When it left I began crying like a baby. A vision of a medieval war came to my mind. (probably the nasty fear energy stuck to my liver there at the moment of the war)
My wife yuuka was watching the session (operation) by her 3rd eye. Later on she told me that on the left corner of the table (near by my head) there was a fat spirit who was the guiding spirit of the massage master. That spirit was sending his energy in me. On the other side there was one of my guiding spirit , was also sending energy in me. By the side of my foot there were 2 angel energies. They were continiusly sending love energy on me.
The fingers of the master was pressing down deep on my organs, and I was screaming like a beast..
Then another big energy block opened and a big negative energy left my body, I began laughing so hard, then I continued with crying and shivering.
At the end of the session master advised me to continue resting for a while, so I stayed on the table like a new born baby. I received so much unconditional love from my guardian angels and healing. They surrounded me with their love and cared me as they care for a baby. (this is what I sensed with all my atoms)
So….. I would like to advise you all to have at least once chi nei tsang massage this year. (If you search on google you may find one master in or close or around your area.

As far as I understand we are like onions. We have many layers of blocked emotions from many past life times. Whatever method we ever use, some blocks will be cleaned and released then the deeper one will come to surface.. we will clean that one, then a deeper one will surface.. so on and on, by any and all methods and by help of all light beings and Divine Mother/Father at the end we will stand like pure, innocent children.

There is a lot of helpful info in this blog, and I thank you for that.
Here's a channeling in response (and the words are not just meant for you; they are meant rhetorically. And please feel free to do whatever you will with this channeling I cannot claim the words for my own and I have no copyright.) : )
It is natural for each one of us to want to be cleansed, and that is not an egocentric desire in and of itself.....But it is an egocentric desire if we only desire ourselves to be cleansed. It's understandable that we focus on ourselves, but I suggest that at some point soon, it would be amiable to also focus on your Loved Ones / the Earth / All of Humanity / All of Life Everywhere. But if anyone reading this is thinking of taking my advice only because it might help out your chances of being cleansed, enlightened and ascended, then you're missing my point. Real Love is Sincere; it's always Sincere. It doesn't know any other way to be. And love is divine...So if you focus on cleansing others only because you want some sort of award for it, then you are not being Sincere with your intentions, then you are not fully aligned with divinity.
We do not mean for these words to be harsh or threatening; We mean them to be empowering and uplifting. This is not a scolding; it is a blessing.
It's this simple - We are all part of a giant Family. That's the reality of Oneness, aka Collective Consciousness. So if you choose to not care about your family, don't you feel very disconnected? Don't you feel like there's a large part of you missing, and also that there's something much larger than you that you're missing out on? Yet for all that disconnection and loneliness to be healed, and to become reconnected with the magnificence of Oneness, all you have to do is open your heart and intend it.
That's the second time intent has been mentioned in this channeling, and there's a reason for that - Intent are very important. It's time for Humanity to get in touch with their innermost intent. Why are you doing what you do? Do you even know? In this everlasting Present Moment, why are you "up to" whatever you're "up to"? That is very important, yet few people are conscious of their innermost intent. We encourage you to remain conscious of your intent at this time. This is not something you have to obsess about; In order to be continually conscious of your intent, you do not need to over-think, for your intent is not in your mind. Your mind can interpret your intent, but again, your intent in not in your mind; your intent is in your heart/soul. Calm your mind and focus your attention on the center of your body. Notice how you are still very aware and conscious, even though your mind is calm. As you ramain focused on the center of your body, you feel a powerful sensation within; powerful yet soothing. Your intention is within that sensation. And btw, that magnificent sensation/energy you have tapped into also directly connects you to your True Self and the Collective Consciousness.
