Fear is very damaging, fear lowers one's vibration and limits one's expansion. As long as one is in fear, one cannot move on. Where there is fear, there cannot be love because fear is the absence of love. Love
nourishes while fear destroys and constricts. Anything build on love will resist and keep growing, anything based on fear is on shaky ground. The only way out of fear is through it. Walk through your fears and you'll discover that beyond each fear there is a GREAT freedom.
The more intimate you are with your fears, the easier it will be for you to conquer them. The more you run from a fear the more of an obstacle it becomes for you and it will keep haunting you and limit you and deny you growth in ceratain aspects of your life. You are here to express your Divine magnificence, not to hide.
You'll see how empowered and confident you will get when you start conquering your fears one by one.
Truly when you face your fears instead of playing safe, you gain so much strength and confidence.
Always before choosing something, ask yourself what motivates the choice you are about to do, is it fear or is it love ?
