Jody: "I've tried to read the petition. I've read it numerous times, and I don't quite fully grasp what it is. So I was wondering if you could say a few words about it. What are we signing?"
Elise: "OK, NESARA actually stands for National Economic Security and Reformation Act, and it's literally a law that has been signed in [the year] 2000, and it's under a gag order, so it cannot be revealed until it is publicly announced - it's in hiding. You can say it's cloaked from the mass public. And it actually forgives all credit cards, and bank debts, and mortgages. In fact, at the moment that it's announced, literally, the computers will zero out your credit card debt. It's because we've been abused. I don't know how else to say it, that we've been used and abused by bankers for fifty years, a hundred years."
Susan: "They actually took the compound interest that St. Germain gave to help humanity, all of humanity, and twisted it into what it is now, which is the opposite of what he intended."
Elise: "Right, and it also abolishes income tax. It abolishes the IRS, and what happens is the employees get absorbed into the US Treasury Department, and a fourteen percent flat tax on non-essential items is created, and that revenue then goes to the government. Of course, right now your IRS taxes don't go to the government. They go to the thirteen families that make up the Federal Reserve. So, you know, we think things happen, but they're not really happening the way we assume they are. It also increases benefits to senior citizens. It returns our country back to Constitutional Law, to Common law, so the Statutory Laws will be reversed.
"It establishes a new presidential and congressional election, so that everyone that has voted, not in accordance with Freedom, true Freedom, according to our Constitutional Rights, will be relieved of duty, and we will have an opportunity to hear in a hundred-and-twenty days information about our new leaders, who truly are willing to lead directed by the support of our Constitution.
"It also initiates a new treasury system. The Federal Reserve goes bye-bye, and it's absorbed into the Treasury System, and let's see, I missed some. Oh, the treasury, our money, our paper money, will now be backed by gold, silver, and platinum, and precious metals. So it will end the bankruptcy of the united States, which was initiated in 1933.
"It establishes Peace so all of our troops will come home. It establishes Peace all around the world, because this will actually take place and benefit four countries, and then from those four countries, there's an enormous sum of money - there's something like 70 trust funds that have millions and billions of dollars in them, and they also have hundreds of thousands of people in them that all must spend a significant amount of that trust fund on humanitarian projects to help the world.
"So all of a sudden, huge amounts of money will flow to support new inventions, that will support free energy, that will enable people to create healing centers. There is going to be literally no poverty anymore, because people will support people, and there will be communities, heart-based communities created. You'll be able to follow your passion. I can go on and on, but, go ahead."
Susan: "I just want to mention one clarification, and that is, don't panic about that fourteen percent tax. It's only on new items that are non-essential, and everybody's going to have so much money, it isn't going to make any difference. It's just an honest way, an up-front way of supporting the government, and everybody can choose whether they want to buy any brand new essential items, or whether they want to buy used items, or no items.
"And the other thing about it is that NESARA, yes, the trust funds will pay out to get the ball rolling with the giving and sharing, but also St. Germain has enough gold and precious metals in his bank, which NESARA does not mention, but it's OK, because St. Germain helped to inspire NESARA, just like he did the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the united States, and some other great documents as well.
"He has in his bank, if you want to do an exercise, you can put a 4 on a piece of paper and put 40 zeros after it. And that money is going to be distributed world-wide, to every man, woman, and child on the Planet, with the exception of those who have received the money from the trust, because they won't need it. And this is going to even out the wealth, and everybody is going to have equal opportunity to empower themselves, with whatever this financial freedom and abundance will bring. And then from there everybody can take charge of their own lives.
"Nobody has to be a slave, and the other thing is that NESARA will abolish once and for all, the corporations, because corporations are not people. It's going to put everybody into a state of balance and harmony. And we can have Peace on Earth, and we can have abundance, and food, and shelter, and everything that anybody wants. So this is what NESARA does, it opens the doors, it's the key to the doors of the Golden Age.
"It has to come before Ascension. It has to come to even everything out. It has to come so that everyone can get past the lack, and whatever fears they have around that right now, so that everyone can enjoy Freedom, true complete Freedom. Then we get to unconditional Love, compassionate observation, and all of those other elements that are so important for us all to be in every expression, thought, word and deed, so that we can truly be ready for Ascension.
"So, to help get NESARA announced, that's what we're asked to do. Ashtar, and St. Germain, and Sekhmet, and the Mentors, and yes, your Guides, and your Angels, have all asked that we join together, and get this done."
Elise: "Thanks Susan..."
Susan: "I had some help on that."
Elise: "You did! And Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul both were some of the authors of this. They cannot acknowledge it, because they are also under gag orders. But they do hold the Light for it, and they are wanting to hear from you, and so is President Obama, because he's totally aware, and if you are ready for this kind of Freedom, and this is not just about money. It's about Freedom, it's about uplifting ourselves to remember who we truly are.
"We didn't have this duality when we were in Lemuria, and we are moving back up into that high vibration, and eventually we won't need money at all, so again, NESARA is a tool, it's an Ascension Energy Tool to help us bridge into our own Freedom on all levels and dimensions."
Tara: "The number one thing that connects this call with NESARA is that we will have free energy, and besides the free health care, and free education. And that is the key, that free energy piece, because that means Nicolai Tesla's, all his patents will be released for the public. We didn't need to dig for anything ya know called oil, or gold, or silver, or platinum, and none of that. We didn't need any of it, but we did, on the other hand, in order to learn who we are, we went through the 3D thing.
"Now we know what that is, and now these energy tools are teaching us about 5D and higher, and that's preparing us for being able to live in anti-gravity technology where it is really true like Peter Pan said, 'I can fly!' That's Truth!"
Jody: "Do you need 5,000 signatures, or do you just need 5,000 signatures now, but the rest later? How many signatures do you need?"
Tara: "You need 5,000 just to be considered, and you need them within thirty days. We're already two weeks into it, so we really need to do this up. Yet, it depends on each one of us getting it out to others in the world, not just signing it ourselves. So that's why there's actually 729 locations that are actively engaged at some level in doing [occupy wall street protests]. No, that's world-wide, 1300 world-wide. Two days ago there were only 800 Wall Street Occupation you might say, empathizers, in all the world. And in two days it went from 800 to 1300 all over the world, so you know the rest of the world is on board, so it's really important. Everybody's watching us here. So it's really important to get out there with your feet on the ground, and make a bunch of those flyers. They're beautiful. They're just beautiful. Thank you Elise and Fran, and Susan. That was great and you know you might not know more than you just heard tonight, yet it's all on there, and when you talk to another person it goes in deeper for yourself too. I mean just spread the word. This is the most important time for us as people in the united States to show what we're made of. And I pass the talking stick."
Susan: "And one more thing, this NESARA Flyer** is for the world. NESARA is for the world. Like Elise said, it starts here and goes around the world. And we welcome, signatures from all over the world count. So if you have friends who live in another country, send the email, send the information, send the links, to them too and ask them to get on board with it, and spread the word where they live to their email list, because that's how we're going to get it done.
"And one more thing, Fran has just signed us up for Facebook*** and we're going to have the link for that and there is blogging going on there. You can join in on that. Show the world that we're ready, because it's not just about showing Obama, it's about showing each other, it's about standing together as one. It's about showing that part of the world that doesn't know anything about it yet, and it's about showing Ashtar and the Galactic Federation, and the Ascended Masters and all the other dimensional, higher dimensional beings, and it's about honoring Mother Gaia, because NESARA paves the way to stop all of the desecrations, all of the hurt that is being done to Mother and all of Her Kingdoms, so it's a universal thing.
"It's another Declaration of Independence. It's another level of empowerment for everybody. And the more signatures we get, that means the more voices are speaking up, and the more the vibrations are being raised. 'Cause NESARA is not a 3D thing. Hah! It came from higher dimensionality; it's inspired, or was inspired into the hearts and minds of those who actually wrote the words on the papers, or on the computers, or whatever. But NESARA is high dimensional. Like we said, 'It's a key to the doors of the Golden Age.'
"For all of those reasons it's really important, and now is the time. October 29th, well there will be ways that you can still show your support, but our time for this petition directly to the White House is until the 28th of October. So, that's it! We hope; we thank all of you who've already signed it, who've already sent it out. Think, who else you might be able to send it too, where you could take some of those flyers. Post them on your community bulletin boards if there's not a protest, or an 'Occupy Wall Street' near you. Contact friends who live where there is 'Occupy Wall Street', and give them the links to the petition. Ask them to print it, and send it, or take it to these gatherings, because we have never had a time, or shall we say an opportunity, like we have in this moment. And so we want to just be sure that we do everything that we can do to take advantage of this opportunity. Thank you!"
Tara: "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few!"
Susan: "Yes indeed! We are the 99%! We're talking; we're yelling!"
Tara: "Occupy everywhere! Occupy everywhere! And we're dismantling the only opposition to We The People of the world everywhere, and that's empire. We do it with Love! We do it with Love!"
Elise: "This is truly unity consciousness!"
John: "There are a number of organizations out there that are just incredible at pulling in tremendous numbers of people to sign their various petitions, whether it's Avaaz, or the wild life people, or various types of organizations out there. How do you feel about trying to approach them to get people to sign your petition?"
Susan: Absolutely! One of our Family members has already sent it to CREDO, and they have a million members. Now you have to realize there is a gag order. The gag order affects everybody who knows about it, Congress people, the Supreme Court, the White House and journalists.
John: "I appreciate that, but what about those who sign the petitions for the seals, for the polar bears, for the whales, or whatever?"
Susan: "Exactly John, there may be somebody in that organization, who because of their connections, or position is under the gag order. That's all I'm saying. Probably what we need to do is mount a massive effort and ask everyone to send emails to all of these organizations, and link it back to the petition, and ask these organizations to send us out to their members. This is what our Beloved Sister did this morning. She was inspired to send it to CREDO, and she's not 'gonna stop there. So we'll put something together on this John, this is so big, and it's such a grand idea. We'll get something together. We'll get it out in our emails to start the ball rolling. Any of you can write to any organization."
John: "I would suggest anybody who belongs to any activist organization. We have one called the Council of Canadians that is about 60,000 strong, for example, and it just dawned on me as I was listening, they may respond, because they're out there for every cause, for environment, for abuse, for, you know, in whatever way they can do it without going too far, you know, in their language, but they might be willing to support such a thing."
Elise: "You never know, just by exposing them to it, it just sends the energy forward.
John: "Yeah, we have the same restrictions in Canada that, unless you get, like a minimum number on a petition, they won't even look at you. That's where that 5,000 came from in the states."
Elise: "Well, yes it does, it represents the voices, and the hearts of the people, so that's why, we can't hide under a rock, and let someone else do it. We have to hold the candle and beam it. You know we're beamers; beam it bright - thank you!"
Tara: "You know something like Green Peace; send it to them; many of them are involved [in these causes]...
John: "Exactly, everyone, and if enough people got on the band wagon and looked at the list of these people who get amazing support. I've seen a 100,000 people sign a petition in two weeks on some of these people. They're quite powerful."
Tara: "Yeah, you know Dylan Ratigan does have another kind of like a sister petition, it's called getthemoneyout.com, in other words get the money out of politics all together. That's exactly what NESARA does too, and give all that money back to the people. And I mean, they've got 200,000 plus names, and they've only been out there for about eight days.
"So, yeah, and all of those people already have been informed, so if you send it to get the money out, or you know, and attention Dylan Ratigan, knows all about NESARA. He knows the King of Swords [KOS]. I'm just saying that's a whole other group of people, so that would be such happiness. You know, just see if they'll put that NESARA thing right next to it, and then they can just go to the next one. Let's get this together. We're the best organizers on Earth. Let's We The People do it.
Susan: "Absolutely, so we'll put that on our list Tara! Just one quick question, 'Is Dylan Ratigan himself under the gag order?'
Tara: "Oh yes, they all are, except that you can see that there's less and less of one of those left. If you just watch some of these folks, they're exposing themselves. Night six [of the Mayan calendar] was about exposing stuff. I mean Tom Hartmann had Bernie Sanders on you know every week now, and I mean, the stories he's been telling on the alternative television show, are all over MSNBC. He's going and making the rounds all over; all the day long he's on everybody's show; sixteen trillion dollars that these Wall Street folks pulled out of our economy since the last four or five months! What? I mean they already know this stuff, and anybody that's watching MSNBC now, or Keith Olberman, just goes too on the main media, they are quite well informed human beings.
Susan:" Well we understand Olberman, and Rachel, and Amy Goodman will be among the announcers coming on to help with the announcement.
"We're talking about a different type of healing here. There is only one more thing I want to add, and the reason we're making such a big deal of this gag order is that these people who originally knew about this, not you folks, you're not in this, but the ones who knew about it and who were originally put under the gag order; the penalty for breaking the silence on this is immediate death. In other words, Bush or somebody got it written in there that it is treason, and you are subject to immediate execution, departure from your body.
Margaret: "That means Dylan can't do anything to help. This is Margaret. So that means Dylan can't help us, is that right?
Susan: "No because someone in Dylan's organization is probably not under the gag order. Is that right Tara?"
Tara: "What's really happening right now is the gag order has become extremely weak, and the reason for that is that the dark ones are out of money. The IMF has zero in it, completely zero dollars, and that's what we're looking at. That's why I said that it looks very strong now that these arrests, these next twenty thousand arrests, should come in this next weekend at the latest. I'm just saying that, no dates, no nukes, no flukes, yet across the board it's set up, and you know as people want to know more about NESARA as you connect them, you have our website down there.*
"Just tell them to go there and look up our phone calls, and have them come on the radio show, because they can ask as many questions as they want, and the more people right now, that's why this petition is just so key right now, because the more people that understand how this will change, without causing mass craziness, because so many people they're at their wits end, because they don't know what to do with themselves, you know, and despair is not an option, so you're like an Angel showing up right now. Please, put on your Angel wings and fly everybody. You can do this! I know, this is the best team on Earth. I Love you."
Jahliel: "I'm going to hand them out at the Wall Street area here in the city."****
Susan: "Jahliel, have you got company to help you with this? We have several Family members in the New York area, that's why I'm saying, do you want us to put something out?"
Jahliel: "Definitely! Yes!, Yes!, Yes!, Yes!, Yes! You can give them my email address, and if you have my phone number you can give them that. Any way we can do it."
Tara: "Now I am going to tell you something, that would be the best in the world. You get that NESARA information out there, and you know Dylan Grant, Ratigan's been down there, Ed's show has been down there, Keith Olberman has been down there, Amy Goodman has been down there, Naomi Klein, you're going to be meeting these people, and they all know about NESARA. And coming from a grass roots person like that, then it will be in that circle. You know they meet in circles and they talk about what's going to happen, and how they're going to change the world."
Susan: "All right, you're going be famous Jahliel. You're going out to our whole email list on Friday. And anybody else who wants to step up and be kind of a lead person on getting the flyers ready, and having them ready to hand out for where these things are taking place. Send us an email right away so we can include you too. Jahliel, thank you so much because Tara is so right. And, believe me we're all going to be there with you."
