THE ELEMENTS OF MARCH 2012
March is the center of 2012, as the Heart is the center of the Human Chakra System.
New Harmonious Frequency beats per second are coming this month!
Stay this month with the beat of the Heart, no matter what!!
As you moved forward in the last month, now it’s the time to stay centered in the Heart and to practice that at all times. Practice Love, be Heart consciousness (not mind consciousness). All you do, all you think, all you speak, all you connect to is from the Heart. You meet and talk with people from the heart.
You are with yourself in the Heart and you are in the Heart with the Mother Earth.
Love is your Life, your consciousness and reality at all times in the NOW 24/7!
Love is the highest form of evolution. It is on all levels easier and healthier then fear.
Put all your attention on Love. When fear comes up, inhale deep and say to yourself:
I love you and I love this aspect of fear. All is Love and I love myself.
To stay in the Now moment and not in subjective memory from the past that keeps you stuck, say to yourself:
I love you, please forgive me, I’m sorry, thank you (you may also change the order as you prefer).
Especially in this month accept and focus on your Divine human body as a divine temple of Harmony, great wisdom and Love for ever.
So take care of it in Love: be in full awareness of the nourishment and information YOU give it through YOUR lifestyle. You are responsible for EVERYTHING that is going on in your body!
Make your system harmony and healthy! A healthy body is a healthy psyche and consciousness. Listen to the signals that your wise body system gives to you. Be Aware what is in the foods and drinks you give yourself. What information does it give you?
Take care of yourself with love, not with punishment.
The best is to give your body fresh, raw, pure foods from nature and to drink 8 -12 glasses pure filtered water (you can charge the water with crystals and with sunlight or flower of life symbols).
Go to sleep early (around 10pm), wake up early and do exercise movements.
Important this month is to be in Nature and in spiritual activities with other Human Beings in the Heart. For example join a spiritual gathering or workshop. Surround yourself with beings that are in the Love Heart consciousness.
Bring down from the highest realms the cosmic knowledge and universal consciousness or the new vibes that enhance this month coming in synchronicity with your pure Heart, which is 72 beats per minute= 9 (expansion).
During the full moon meditation we share with you a new sound music that will assist you to connect with this pure beat of the Heart.
Make sure this month (and beyond this month at all times), you can say YES to this question:
DO I LOVE MYSELF, OTHERS AND THE EARTH IN HARMONY AND RESPECT?
Whatever your plans are in the third dimension*, this month gives you a boost to deal with them in full powers!
You get the chance to practice this month to take any drama in your (third dimension) life and transform it into Light.
Remember: you are the Divine Heart Light Being, you are Enlightened!
Shine strong with the Light from your Heart on your path and clear with this Light your road!
If there is anything in the way from the third dimension, burn it away with your Light from the Heart, so you can stay in your beat rhythm of Love.
You are the teachers of Love and the healers of Love and creators of Love!
All of this is who you are in the Divine Heart Light.
Command yourself this month you can do it and experience it with Love.
Open your Heart like never before. Smile, so all the sleepy humans can feel it! :-)
* With the third dimension we mean the illusionary reality, what most humans see or experience as the only reality. It is mostly based on fear. Most of the humans are not awakened and not with their Soul destiny. The fourth and higher dimensions are the reality of Love, of higher Self and consciousness and awareness of the metaphysical realms.
