For many this is an intense period of releasing, as all egos are dying. The energy to sustain the denser energies is dissolving at a quick rate and those clinging to the old paradigm will have nothing to hang onto. I woke up at little past 7 feeling very awake which is weird because that means I got little over 6 hours of sleep while I've been needing about 12 hours the last couple of weeks to be fit..."
