I have found myself having feelings of anger and frustration recently. These are good feelings. They scare me, but more so empower me to do something - to take action, but most importantly - to honour what I am feeling in my body. To express my feelings, and to use this as an opportunity to cultivate a deeper, more grounded connection within myself, irrespective of whatever is going on around me in the world.
In society, most of us are so focused on the outside all of the time - almost every aspect of the modern system is designed to keep us constantly looking outside of ourselves, using emotional triggers of fear, guilt and shame in attempts to convince us that giving our personal power away is simply a 'normal' part of human life in the modern world. The most easily visible example of this is in the mainstream media and advertising - popular/mass culture, basically.
The Conditioning of Society
It's not this way by accident, you know. Many people assume that living as a weak, powerless, submissive human being is a normal way of life. They have become mentally and emotionally castrated from the relentless bombardment of fear-based social conditioning and propaganda that has been cast over our minds. We are living in a very in-humane culture, and you only have to look to the natural world for comparison in order to understand this. We have been lied to on so many levels, and to such horrendous degrees, that it's difficult even for the most awakened among us to comprehend.
However challenging it is to look at - we must look at it. We must recognize and understand what has been happening, so that we can learn and make the necessary changes, in order to evolve and create a world that is reflective of truth - of Love, rather than one which is based on fear, lies and falsehood.
An Emotional Revolution
Society must change, but in order for it to, we must begin to consciously shift within ourselves - this is an emotional revolution. The changes many of us are wishing for in the world can't happen unless we are first willing to feel and integrate the feelings we've been taught all our lives to repress. It is actually this that angers me the most - that humanity has unknowingly been emotionally and sexually repressed for centuries, by forces that energetically feed off of that repression - forces that seek to dominate and control humanity.
These are beings that have no ability to truly empathize - their minds operate almost solely from a reptilian brain consciousness. It is a reptilian consciousness that is running society - people tend to think that humans, by nature, are murderous, egocentric conquerors. This is a lie. Humans, by nature, are in fact loving, kind, caring, generous, intelligent, interdependent beings. It is the unseen forces manipulating humanity that is causing this to appear otherwise.
Self Liberation Is The Key
Do you know what these beings cannot stand though? Humans who are self-liberated in their emotional bodies. Humans who are capable of emotional self-awareness and critical thinking. Together, we are going to create a new society - a new paradigm, in which we as human beings are empowered, and free to live and express ourselves however we wish to - through Love. It is our fucking birthright to do so, and anyone, I mean ANYONE telling you otherwise, or trying to emotionally dissuade you from reclaiming this through fear, guilt or shame, is lying to you - attempting to control your point of awareness and focus in some way. Fuck them - you don't need their opinion! I say this with all due respect.
You, who are reading this, have a duty as a conscious human being - to be as radiant and as powerful as you can possibly be in this world. I say this, because we are entering a time here now on Earth in which people such as yourself are going to be needed - to be anchors of the truth. In a society of lies (which currently is being collapsed due to the severity of the lies), the truth must shine brightly for those who are searching for it. It is within the hearts of all human beings - the truth of Love, of God, of our connection to spirit, and of course to each other.
The Power Is In Our Hearts
We are born free, we shall live free, and we shall live free - please remember this. There is the natural world - the true, organic reality that we human beings originate from, and then there is the fake world - a false, artificial reality 'matrix' that most of us were unfortunately born into. A culture of belief systems - rooted in fear, guilt and shame, and a fraudulent teaching of being separate from God (Love). This old world is falling apart right now - it is disintegrating and dissolving.
When enough of us are taking the time to focus regularly within our heart spaces, it will be the power of the awakened heart that will totally collapse this artificial matrix, and birth a completely new paradigm.

Self-Awareness +
Self-awareness, Self-acceptance, Honest Self-Worth and Self-validation are the keys that dismantle the matrix prison of guilt & shame imposed on most of us beginning in the cradle. Self-Awareness leads to Self-Acceptance which then leads to Self-Love - the knowledge that we are God and God does not make mistakes. Great message in this article.
