The Kenyan government has banned imports of genetically modified organisms over health fears. On Wednesday, Health Minister Beth Mugo announced a ban on foods containing GM ingredients, effective immediately, pending tests on the health effects of the foods.
Ms Mugo said health officials would ensure GM foods are removed from sale while tests are ongoing. She said, “My ministry wishes to clarify the decision was based on genuine concerns that adequate research had not been done on GMOs and scientific evidence provided to prove the safety of these foods.”

Philippines: Typhoon Bopha death toll rises

Via NASA: “One of the Expedition 34 crew members aboard the International Space Station captured this still image of Super Typhoon Bopha on Dec. 2, 2012.”
The death toll from a powerful storm battering the southern Philippines has risen to about 200, as rescue teams head for affected areas.
At least 156 people are known to have died in Compostela Valley province alone when Typhoon Bopha struck Mindanao, local officials told the BBC.

Can you feel the global unity vortex building? We’ve officially passed through the doorway to higher consciousness and our collective paradigm is mirroring it right back to us at lightning speed. Although getting here definitely had its ups and downs (and still feels quite challenging at times), soon we’ll be able to unpack our belongings and finally get the opportunity to settle into our very new realities. What’s coming up for us energetically on the near horizon will feel inspiring, supportive, and new, yet with a hint of familiarity that will awaken within us a sense that we are finally home. At midpoint now, what can we see about how far we have come and the path ahead? This is a Quest. By definition then, we are searching for something. Even if we are pretty sure what it looks like and where it is, we don’t have it yet.
This is the spot in our journey where we make a decision. It is just as far either way. We can continue or return with equal effort. What will you choose?
Loving yourself is not easy. There is a lifetime of reasons why you shouldn’t. If your parents didn’t give them to you, it was your teachers, the kids at school, society, your friends or even lovers. By choosing to continue now, you are declaring all of them wrong. Every justification for judgment must be tossed. There is no exception. The only rule is love. Absolute, complete acceptance of every part of you is what’s required.
You have no faults. Every “but” in your head right now must go. You stand without requirements. Perfection needs no improvement. Oh, you may want to change your hairstyle, get in shape, get a new job or a new outfit. These are all choices you desire, not needs that are necessary to make you worthy.

There is much speculation (and misinformation) about the events that may transpire during December 2012. Some refer to this time as the "Great Shift" in consciousness, the "Ascension;" others call this time the "Rapture," the beginning of the "Golden Age." This sounds like good news, yet many are frightened. Although it's true we may be living through the most challenging time in the evolution of this planet, it's challenging because we have to let go of things (even though we are letting go of the things that don't work, the systems that are unsustainable).
Dr. Eric Pearl (known for his work "The Reconnection") says the following about December 21, 2012, "We will wake up that morning and still be able to see ourselves in a mirror." I agree, and offer some of my own insights.

Anyone who has ever known and loved someone using chemotherapy knows just what a toxic cocktail those drugs truly are. So when faced with the idea that an 8-month-old baby could go through those horrific side effects or try something else, namely marijuana, to treat a brain tumor, my money is on the “something else” every time.
This is exactly the question parents of an 8-month-old baby were faced with recently when they opted to treat their baby with cannabinoid oil (a form of marijuana) on the baby’s pacifier twice a day. Within two months the tumor had shrunk so dramatically that the baby’s doctor’s did not have to use chemo. Amazing, no?

ANOTHER QUIET DAY: With all of the sunspots on the Earthside of the sun in decay, solar activiy is low. NOAA forecasters estimate a slight 1% chance of strong solar flares during the next 24 hours. Solar flare alerts: text, voice.
SOLAR WIND: A medium-speed (~450 km/s) solar wind stream is blowing past Earth. The action of this weak stream is not enough to trigger full-fledged geomagnetic storms, but it is enough to ignite auroras around the Arctic Circle. Frank Olsen of Sortland, Norway, took this picture during the early hours of Dec. 4th:

But once in the higher Dimensions there is no death, we only change our bodies if we like to have another vessel for our soul. The bigger part of my crewmembers are Elves from Sirius, but there are also Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans and Beings from other stars or planets from all over the universe.
We observe you from above and we rejoice in looking on the growing number of lights on your beautiful planet. There are only a few weeks left til Ascension and we are all very confident that a great number of your people will ascend. We are here to help you through the process and we are protecting you with our ships, so that nothing and nobody can disturb this big event. I really hope that we can land before Ascension, it would give me the opportunity to visit my beloved Twin Flame who I saw the last time over 50 years ago befor she incarnated.

As a key moment in your Ascension process, it is one to be totally aware of and remembered for the intensity of the energy. It is not that every person will have an identical experience, but if you are prepared for it you will be left with some memory of the changes within. Some of you will wake up from your sleep before 11.11 Universal time, and will be able to have full awareness of what is taking place. Others will sleep through it, yet may have vivid dreams when the energies are at work. However, all will receive the energies and benefit from them regardless of their conscious state at the time.

I know I have said this before, but is so important we do not put all our eggs into the 2012 basket expecting magic to happen. I am not going to put a damper on anybody’s parade, but I just want to remind everyone if we expect or assume, we set ourselves up for a deep disappointment. I am thinking this process will be gradual so humanity can take in all the changes without flipping out, then again I have no idea, no crystal ball showing me the answers. We are all walking blindly down this road together hand in hand. I just think it best to expect little and enjoy the surprise should anything unfold before us. It has been a very long and often lonely road we have all walked down and we are tired and our still 3D brains are waiting for the reward for all of our hard efforts. That is 3D thinking at its finest but we are still new to all of this and it is easy to regress back to old ways. It is natural to our 3D brains to desire an outcome for all of our hard labors.

Hero of the Year: Nepalese Woman Frees Children Who Live With Incarcerated Parents

Pushpa Basnet, a Nepalese woman who runs a home for children so they don't have to live behind bars with their incarcerated parents, was named the 2012 CNN Hero of the Year on Sunday night.
Nepal is one of the poorest countries, and when a parent is incarcerated and no other guardian can be found, children have little choice but to live in prison as well. Basnet, 29, decided in 2005 to give these children another option.

Trust that by staying with yourself, regardless of where you are, you will continually emerge into greater wholeness. If you’re feeling wonderful, that will continue to expand. If you’re feeling challenged that will liberate you into greater wholeness.

Hello friends,
Some information has come through recently that may be of guidance to those that identify as Light workers, Adult Indigos and all others on an awakening path at this time.
1) Personal (spiritual/energetic) work over large group work is indicated. Unless you are already part of a trusted group where you feel safe and that the information and energies being shared are considered accurate, grounded, etc. Part of this is due to the fact that the collective will be very “busy” at this time and also be filled with a certain intensity. Many empaths and earth sensitives will feel a greater need to “unplug,” be quiet and do their own personal work. This is not to say however, to stop doing intentional work and holding space for Gaia, the Grid and all sentient beings at this time as you are guided.

Storm-battered Northern California gets more rain

SAN FRANCISCO—A new storm making its way through already drenched Northern California was expected to drop heavy rain across the region beginning early Wednesday, prompting renewed flood concerns in parts of the region.
Rain that began falling a day ago was expected to intensify Wednesday. Coastal mountains could see as much as 6 inches of precipitation before the storm moves out later Wednesday, the National Weather Service said.

Researchers have discovered what may be the earliest dinosaur, a creature the size of a Labrador retriever, but with a five foot-long tail, that walked the Earth about 10 million years before more familiar dinosaurs like the small, swift-footed Eoraptor and Herrerasaurus.
The findings mean that the dinosaur lineage appeared 10 million to 15 million years earlier than fossils previously showed, originating in the Middle Triassic rather than in the Late Triassic period.

Ahhh, the ability to predict the weather. Us mere human meteorologists may squabble over who is the most accurate. But, believe it or not, we aren’t the only inhabitants of this world who prognosticate the weather. Much of the animal kingdom possess an innate ability to predict the weather.
That means everyone from my dog Ralph running and hiding when a thunderstorm is coming, to Punxsutawney Phil, top yes, even WSTM’s Doppler The Weather Cat hiding behind the couches in the lobby, can sense and predict a change in the weather.

I know I have said this before, but is so important we do not put all our eggs into the 2012 basket expecting magic to happen. I am not going to put a damper on anybody’s parade, but I just want to remind everyone if we expect or assume, we set ourselves up for a deep disappointment. I am thinking this process will be gradual so humanity can take in all the changes without flipping out, then again I have no idea, no crystal ball showing me the answers. We are all walking blindly down this road together hand in hand. I just think it best to expect little and enjoy the surprise should anything unfold before us. It has been a very long and often lonely road we have all walked down and we are tired and our still 3D brains are waiting for the reward for all of our hard efforts. That is 3D thinking at its finest but we are still new to all of this and it is easy to regress back to old ways. It is natural to our 3D brains to desire an outcome for all of our hard labors.

Hilo's famed waterfall runs dry

Orange Peels and Cattle
Because I had thrown some orange peels in the yard, and hoping some type of animal find them a treat from Nageeta, I also wondered if it was not such a good idea to leave them there. Being enquisitive, I saught out a possible answer to my question. I have not yet found the answer bout these domestivc animals, but, THIS is what leaped out at me when I read the behavior. Even though it's not the animals in my vicinity, someone else may appreciate this knowledge.

When people ask us what exactly to expect upon waking on the 21st of December, I’m not sure what’s really expected in response. At this point, what I hope is understood is that no one can say for sure precisely what to expect.
In the interest of putting our focus instead on something that we can do something about, I’d love to see us be able to release any kind of expectation at all aside from emerging into greatness beyond imagination.
It may be true that predictions like a mid-summer disclosure or the NESARA announcements being made haven’t materialized yet, but what is also true is that we haven’t had the massive destruction and cataclysm, either. I’ve seen it written many times that we humans have changed our course quite beautifully and that a good deal of the credit for averting any negative timeline is ours.
Truly, as each one of us focuses our attention on personally opening to the energies that are absolutely flooding this place right now, every help will be given to achieve our smooth transition into higher frequencies. To me, it feels like a waste of our energies to put attention on needing to know what’s going to happen.
