"Greetings, Beloved Family!!! In our next gathering, I shall be continuing my 'Yes I Can! 101' series with a most timely offering. We shall be looking at an ongoing challenge, which is wanting to be even more intrusive, just as you are rising more and more above 3D! We are referring to the ways in which you can keep the outside 3D world and its chaotic events from bringing you down, as it were, into the lower vibrations.
"There are some obvious answers to this, of course. Examples are: Not to listen to or read the news, unless you can stay in high vibration while so doing; withdrawing from a place where there are disagreements and arguments going on; and not allowing yourself to be in pity of anyone who is experiencing a bumpy place in the road. And, we can just hear you saying, 'Well, that is so easy for you to say, Sekhmet, and so hard for us to do!'
"Beloved Ones, there is not an event or a war or a difficulty which I do not observe on your Planet of Earth - and in other places as well, for that matter. The answer to all of these imbalanced situations lies within yourselves, so that you are not rendered imbalanced and thus disempowered!!!! We are talking about the difference between being Masters in all ways and at all times, and that of allowing yourselves to slip down into the disempowering vibrations of lower 3D.
"We are aware of your diligence in practicing the various ways to uplift yourselves when you do get down, and we have indeed discussed and practiced them here in this series. Our intent for this call is to go further in this manner, that is, to do an Exercise together wherein we use our gifts and tools to re-focus our energies as the One We All Are, thus anchoring the great and powerful Upliftment Energies of One in all of your beings!!!!
