what is the possiblity that these craft are vessels are just being passive , and blocking these major cities defense systems(as I have read happened during contact in the past)? I would think if this type of thing occured, the powers would seriously not add this to the list for disclosure,because if it were the case, it would be too late for any reasonable defense for perpetuating it... just musing...
