Sunday mornings are special. They seem more quiet and peaceful than other days. I think of all of the people sitting in church just as I did many years ago. I searched for many years for all that "religion" promised. Looking back, I see in my confusion, fear and ignorance that my intentions were pure and of love and light. So now every Sunday morning in my meditations, I picture the church down the street and the pews lined with people. I ask that their "good intentions" raise up into a column of light above their heads...a pillar of white light for the purity of their intentions. I ask this also for the person next to them, and the one next to them. For each and every person in this church, for their lights of pure intention join as one, and spin upward connecting to the Unity Consciousness Grid. Then I envision other churches in the area, and the churches that I used to attend doing the same. One by one, I create the vision of all the churches in my city and surrounding towns and in my state joining into one brilliant light. I bring in the churches in surrounding states and envision them all from one coast to the other. I try to envision all the pure intentions of all these people everywhere joining as one light rising up and connecting to the grid. I ask that their pure intentions of love and light be used to strengthen the grid and be used for the highest good. I then ask these people's "I AM" presence to stir them to seek truth and to find their way on this sacred path. I end this meditation by joing my love, light and intentions to the grid. This is a very powerful meditation to do on Sunday mornings. Enjoy!
