"The New York Federal Reserve on Friday released documents showing it knew banks were manipulating a key interest rate more than four years ago.
The documents, which date back to 2007, show that the Fed became fully aware that banks were lying about their borrowing costs when setting Libor, and chose to take no action against them."

LONDON — British police investigating corrupt links between police and reporters said they arrested two journalists for questioning Wednesday.
The men, who are 34 and 37, were detained at their homes in an early-morning raid, police said.
Both were questioned on suspicion of conspiracy to corrupt and of a conspiracy to cause misconduct in a public office, police said. The men were later released on bail to return for further questioning in October.
The arrests are related to suspected payments made to a specific public official.
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Cleveland Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich announced today that he is forming a new political action committee called Kucinich Action, describing it as the "next step in a movement that has empowered hundreds of thousands of concerned citizens to take action" during Kucinich's political career.
Earlier this year, researchers at the university of Southern California published the results of a study examining whether the wealthy – the mythical “engines of our economy” – display a better character than the rest of us.
As it turned out, after conducting seven experiments they found that the narrow pursuit of self-interest at the top of the economic heap leads our elites to behave like complete dirtbags. As Bloomberg summarized, the researchers found that the richest among us “were more likely to break the law while driving, take candy from children, lie in negotiation, cheat to raise their odds of winning a prize and endorse unethical behavior at work.”

We’ve done the pre-record of An Hour with an Angel with both Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael.
Some of the remarkable things that were said were that the reports of President Obama signing over the “kill switch” to the Department of Homeland Security are mistaken. What has happened is that President Obama has simply signed a routine order that many other Presidents have also signed as to who should control emergency communications in the event that the President is disabled.
Second, both Kim Jong-Un and his military chief, Ri Yong-ho, are in containment but the general became unstable and had to be removed from office. Bashar Al-Assad is not in containment but is in a milder form that involves not a box of light but a veil of light. AAM said there were many shades and varieties of containment.
Freedom is our birthright. Allow yourself to vibrate with this word, feel its energy permeating your being. What would it feel like to have freedom flow in every aspect of your life? What would it feel like to be living on a planet where freedom flows through every aspect of everyone’s lives? What would our co-creation in the flow of freedom look like? I love feeling into this flow, allowing it to fill my energy field with this vibration, because within freedom, is love, joy, inspiration, empowerment. This is actually, simply, the life force energy.
The unknown looms large for most of us these days, and I’m no exception. Sometimes it just seems so uninteresting to be here, and housework has definitely taken a hit. On other days I’m filled with purpose and intention.
We all have so many questions that we just cannot know the answers to until the experience arrives. We go through our days wondering if this is the one where everybody will finally know that we’ve been telling the truth all along. One would think we’d be used to not knowing by now, but we don’t seem to be there yet.
Frankly my time in stillness and meditation every day is what keeps me feeling peaceful and calm about the chaos all around us right now. I really can’t even imagine what life would be like if I didn’t feel my connection with Spirit, and to an ever growing degree with All That Is. In my view, that is the relationship most worth developing right now.
We are in the “end times”. Business as usual no longer applies. What has always been polarized just won’t survive. We are moving into oneness. It’s time to let go of whatever side you’ve been fiercely grasping onto, and allow yourself to drift into the center. This strong tide is pulling on us equally; we’ll all get there eventually. Every one of us is love. We are each divine. We may disagree and part company, yet we are never separate. We are one.
He then walks us through an imaginary upset, detailing how we can use this upset clearing process to work our way through our triggered emotions or vasanas.
“Now imagine again that something in the outside world evokes a powerful emotion in you – for example, anger. When you deal with it consciously, you observe it fully in yourself. You do nothing about it, while at the same time you keep observing and watching.
Michael We will speak now of your reunion with other facets of your being. You understand that this time is unique to all other ascensions in the universe. You know that untold numbers of others have gathered from immense distances to witness this. Your past and future selves are absolutely to be counted in that number. Your future selves are, in fact, communicating with you in the same fashion that we are right now. They have often told you this.
Your efforts to continually and lovingly increase the mass consciousness of humanity, is a gift… go forth… I see you rising above all obstacles, your light is beautiful to behold… take that heart of your’s and keep spending some time with it… lay beside the golden light within, and replenish and nourish your spirit, this is where you will continue to hear the call within to serve… outside (and inside) is a world in pain, suffering and confusion… why?
We are riding the waves of colossal change at the Cancer New Moon on July 18-19. Mars in Libra is in challenging aspect to both electrifying Uranus and powerful Pluto.
Accelerating times require that we are flexible, adjustable and adaptable to fast-changing circumstances and situations. We must be able to discern what is healthy and what is toxic.

Fear and the vibrations that continually feed fear have been significant factors in holding the collective of humanity back in your growth and in your finding of the higher realms in the ways you have all been wishing to. As individuals feed fear and the energies that accompany fear in their various different forms and facets, so is the collective held back exponentially in the finding of the energies and heart sets that fear thoroughly enjoys tearing down in oneself.
