If you haven’t noticed lately, the western world is on a bit of a coconut oil kick. It’s in all the popular blogs—from nutrition to hair care—and it’s no longer difficult to find a few different varieties of the oil in normal grocery stores. This is a good thing. Coconut oil should have never been demonized, as it was, and deserves a top spot in the natural health world.

 

Vilified Coconut Oil

 

Several decades ago, coconut oil was vilified. It was made to look like the “bad guy” in comparison with its competitors from the corn and soy industries. They were successful in their campaign to squash the coconut oil competition by highlighting it’s saturated fat content and tying that to heart disease. Now, however, coconut oil and its medium chain triglycerides (saturated fats) are back on top and being recognized for numerous health benefits.

NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the explosion's extreme ultraviolet flash: movie. The farside active region will turn toward Earth in the days ahead, so stay tuned. For the last several weeks my meditation space has been pretty much off-line.  I knew something big must be underway but there was no way of foreseeing what I experienced last night and then today in my meditation.  As I was running my bath to take my meditation, I was sitting with my eyes closed (a massive headache was well underway) and with my eyes closed I could see a massive star system.  I knew this star system was not ours, not the ones we see when we look up into the night sky… and I had to wonder exactly what I was going to experience when I got into my bath.

In the last week or so in attempting to go into meditation, I would see 5 images of faces looking back at me from the wall that my shower head is on.  My first thought was my Pleiadian friends, but it was not their energy signature that I was feeling.  I could not hold my meditation beyond a moment or two and then they would fade and that would end my attempt.  At least, until today.

 Ask to see the bigger picture


 

Your angels are happy to help you see another's' point of view and help you view situations that you don't always understand and allow you to have insight into what is truly going on and then take a moment and close your eyes and focus upon your breath. As you do, notice any thoughts, feelings or emotions and your physical responses to those thoughts. Take some time to journal what came to you during your session and then walk away from it. Take a walk and think things over in your mind with your heart invoked and then later read your words or message.
