This came from a QHHT session (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, coined by Dolores Cannon), and thanks very much to Matthew Marnitz for allowing me to share with you. 

I will post a short excerpt from the hypnosis session in which the practitioner and the client are speaking about this event, and then link the rest of the session for you.

Currently for those who are aware of the incoming energies we are going through some pretty intense LIGHT downloads right now. This began the evening of March 10, 2013 for me and on 3.11.13 was so intense I had a difficult time staying in my being. The intensity will be different for each and everyone of us depending on our previous levels of LIGHT achieved as well as how focused we are on these energies. There is a very intense state of transfiguration into LIGHT I am feeling within my legs. I have felt this before but not like what has occurred these past days. As we become more and more LIGHT ourselves, that equal and opposite polarity becomes more visible also. All is in a state of Divine Perfection and there is no need to focus upon anything but the LIGHT in my opinion for these next days and remainder of this month. I'm sure we will see things occurring that are beyond what we can currently dream of... ha... Just stay focused on these energies and in your heart and Just Be LOVE

the-light-of-youWhat an extraordinary day in the field of Light yesterday.  Not only the readings (which were all so powerful and exciting) but also, the birds doing their dances of love with each other, the squirrels chasing each other around at the tail.  Between the folks I was reading for and the display of nature itself… Life is definitely coming alive within itSelf!

Our own evolution is changing so fast that it is hard for me to keep up with what phase we are in now and what it all means to the bigger story we are emerging into.  The Shift, I am finding, is multifaceted.  The first thing we had to do was shift our kundalini housing (soul energy) from our root chakra to our heart chakra.  To live fully and unconditionally from the heart and not conditionally from the illusion of life itself.

This inner shift gave way to a second shift, one that, once I seen it, makes so much sense.  We have gone from living a very physical oriented life and running the energy of spirit down thru our core within the body.  Well, it seems, in this month of rapid evolution… even that has shifted.  The body is becoming the energy of the core and the true skin and mobility thru life is the spirit / soul.  Just think about how profound that is really.

It is March 11th as I write this, and I find myself at a point of stillness in my growth and in the work I’ve committed myself to doing. It’s not a point of stagnation and rather, I find myself with little energy for anything other than calm, still yet noticeably-deep inner exploration. The energy I usually expend happily on working (or playing) just does not seem to be there in this very moment and rather, a wish to simply Be is pouring into me.

Hilarion told us today that this is a normal part of where so many of us are currently at in our processes (1), and it is very, very important for us to remain grounded and centered at this time. Personally, I’ve found my emotions or the mindsets that would drive them flying out of control if I allow them to, and I can see the need to balance my emotions out lest I wish to be drawn into the occasional maelstrom of the Earth experience.

First, the kitties got me up, as I heard the “I’ve caught a rodent and I want you to see it but don’t you dare try to take it away” growl. So the rodent was hiding under the refrigerator, there were three cats watching underside, and I knew no more resting would be had. I chose to leave the rodent team on their own, as they are experts at catching those sorts of beings.

The deal is, I got this message as I drove here, that, you know, if you have allowed your telepathic communication abilities to open up, that’s how the “Galactics” are going to talk to you. So that will be “Disclosure”… Telepathically… For you.

A HUGE dust storm has hit Tokyo, blanketing the city with brown dust that darkened the skies and rapidly transformed what had been a clear and sunny day.

 

 Meteorologists said the phenomenon was caused by a sudden cold front, and was not linked with the suffocating pollution that hung over the Chinese capital Beijing last winter.

Tropical Cyclone Sandra Churns Well East of Australia

Tropical Cyclone Sandra was still a very strong storm, hovering at sea northwest of New Caledonia on Monday.

While far to the east of Australia, Sandra was helping to whip up rough surf and rip currents, which will be likely to last through at least Wednesday, along some Queensland beaches.

REALIZED – AND THE FREAKS SHALL INHERIT THE NEW EARTH

 

I find that there are many things occurring, sort of a procession of miracles, synchronicities, happy accidents and ease in my life now. It has all gotten very easy and enjoyable, and I find that there are moments that I am unable to do anything but just shake my head and grin, because there is just nothing at all to be upset about, fear, be anxious about, or dislike very intensely.

 

That is not to say that I have one of those bizarre lives where I deny strife or pretend that “negative” emotions have been purged from my “lower body.”

 

That is dualistic, mechanistic and undisciplined thinking.

 

This physical life, this is all just a drama, and the first two acts of my play are complete. I have been backstage just twiddling my thumbs for quite a while now, wondering what is going to happen next.

 

It has finally dawned on me that I am what is going to happen next.

 

Although I have, up to this point, done a great job at disowning the process I just put myself through, it is now time to own just what it is that I have created. I had been, I think, knee deep in the creating of the thing, and finally gave myself a moment or two to just gawk at this, to try to really GET it, and now it is time to once again engage in this game, but in a much different way.
