Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and the entire government resigned today in a surprise move after controversial elections as the economy teeters on the brink of recession.

The presidency said President Viktor Yanukovych had accepted Mr Azarov's request to give up his post and become an MP, a move expected to be repeated by several cabinet ministers.

It remained unclear who would fill the powerful post of premier, with some analysts speculating it could go to a member of the elite close to Mr Yanukovych known as the "Family".

Chris: This has reminded me of something you talked about in regard to physical substance — matter. You said that modern physics has shown that we change it by looking at it. What are the implications of that?

Tony: That is an amazing idea isn’t it?

Considering that quantum physics now assures us that subatomic particles can change their very nature simply by us observing them, I often wonder if, when we look at a flower and feel how beautiful it is, we in some way change it.

Chakra system and nature of reality

I want to continue my discussion of the nature of consciousness. More than a year ago, I came up with a theory that maybe the fabric of space itself contains consciousness. I went further to say that the fabric of space-time actually is consciousness. They are one and the same. Given that all physical objects in the universe are fundamentally nothing more than vibrations of the fabric of space, then all objects are composed of consciousness.
