[Hello dear friends. Today, I saw again how careful we have to be with our thoughts because it seems that some of the more intense ones may have a kind of tangible impact to our environment. Let me tell you what happened to me on a specific past date of this year and also, what I experienced today.

On October 20th 2012, something happened at that night and I allowed it to make me feel angry. I was feeling anger constantly with much intense for some minutes. At 10:37 am I imagined myself breaking a glass into pieces and RIGHT at that time I heard a crash…the waitress in front of me fell down and broke the glasses. Later, while I was walking, I recalled the incident that made me angry and at that time 2 cars were ready to crash on each other but fortunately this didn’t happen and the drivers reacted on each other. The time that this happened was 12:20 pm.

Today, I sat at a cafeteria. Some seconds later, I thought of something that made me stressful. I allowed the feeling to affect me and my reaction to it was an inner but very strong 'no'. Instantly, while I was feeling myself reacting, the glass that the waiter in front of me was carrying on his disk, fell  and his clothes got wet. At  least it wasn't something serious or harmful.

We see that today we have a curious mix of personal energies to discuss with you.  Many of you are experiencing what could only be called a lull or pause.  Others are wondering where all this negativity has come from suddenly.  Some few are still feeling as if they are running full speed uphill.  It is all the same circumstance with varying symptoms, my friends.  Would you like a metaphor that would explain how all of that could possibly be similar?

You are at a stage right now that is like that of a person who is packed and ready to go on a long journey.  What invariably happens at that point?  You might drop into your favorite chair and say, “Whew!  That is done.”  That would be the pause.  Perhaps you started a tiny bit late.  You would be running around and grabbing things to take at the last minute.  Or perhaps you would be done packing and would walk around checking each room for things you had forgotten and looking also to see what, perhaps, you could leave out of that heavy bag.  That is exactly what you are doing energetically at his time.  Rather than spend time worrying about what is going on then, enjoy your pause, lighten your load, or take stock of yourselves.

As the days flow by so quickly now, each of you is being assisted on every level of your Being to assimilate the new frequencies as quickly and with as much grace and ease as is possible. Many of you are experiencing a recurring of old repetitive cycles of thought and feeling that you thought you had successfully overcome and we say that what is most important to remember is to recognize these cycles and immediately switch your thought to something that brings a smile and perhaps laughter to your Soul, as feelings of joy within can bring about an amazing change in One’s outlook on life and can help overcome and dissipate these recurring patterns.
