And you are what you be. Every act, word, thought comes from your Being. The less trammeled your Being, the greater blessing you are. Without giving blessing, you bless.

You and only you can make the shift. Humanity is but a band-aid held in place by its own belief system. You cannot fool the quantum or yourself. Be honest and know where you want yourself to go. As long as you hold onto struggle like life raft it will only take you into the seas of despair. The outcome is assured.  It does not and cannot happen by itself, but requires us as the children of Earth to be the means for that change and transformation.  The extraterrestrial beings cannot land here and make it happen or force it….

We are the primary agents for the change and the transformation because we are in the physical plane; we are living and breathing the free air of Earth together, and we are the children of Earth.  So it has to come through us, even though the source of the inspiration may be Celestial and extraterrestrial and Divine.  It is very personal because each person must choose to make that transformation.  It is a beautiful mystery and humbles us, and yet has enormous power.

Volunteer Sofia Gallisá Muriente talks about an encounter with the military, the police and the other adventures. YANA Community Center B113 Rockaway Beach Blvd. Working with Occupy Sandy in Far Rockaway, which saw some of the worst damage in the hurricane in NYC. A massive fire burned to the ground 120 buildings and homes. The houses that weren't burnt, were flooded. The projects lost their electricity. They still have no electricity, day 5. Many people in need. Red Cross no where to be seen
