My Beloved, I am pleased to speak to you again. My beloved incarnation has again agreed to be my channel.

It is so beautiful to see what progress you make and how you patiently accept one energy storm after another and integrate into your body. You barely have the opportunity to recover from a burst of energy and you have the next coming up and every thrust is stronger than the previous one. It does not seem so to you, but that is because you can incorporate so much more energy and light. It is like the sun, the more often you go to the sun and your skin gets used to it the longer you can enjoy the sun without causing damage.

The 10-10-portal will give you opportunities to intensify your “energy bath”. No one will miss the incoming energies, the light and the love, even if you would hide youself in a bunker. So strong and intense the energies will be. I know this sounds just terrible for you, and you think surely if this will never stop. Unfortunately not, my beloved, it will be even more intense. Therefore rest, as often as possible. Stop in between often times to have a nap or to close your eyes for a few minutes. This will help you against the increasing fatigue. It will take a few days and then your bodies will have adapted again.

Thousands of police officers have taken to the streets across Argentina in protest at pay cuts.

On Wednesday, protesting police officers marched through the streets of the capital Buenos Aires, waving their salary bills and chanting slogans such as “Nobody touches our pay,” AFP reported.
 

Similar demonstrations were also reported in other cities of the South American country, including Rosario and Comodoro Rivadavia.


Officials say the pay cuts, which are between 30 to 60 percent, are an administrative mistake and that the officers will receive their missing pay.

Hundreds of thousands of laborers have poured into the streets in several cities across Indonesia to demand higher wages and better benefits.
 

"Workers unite! We can't be defeated!" chanted the workers who were from more than 700 companies in 80 industrial estates, the Associated Press reported. The demonstrations were held on Wednesday when over two million factory workers launched a 24-hour strike across the country.

Ascension is the most important event that any of us have faced or will face in countless lives. Given how near Ascension is, SaLuSa says, “if you desire to seize this opportunity to get out of the 3rd. dimension, you do need to ensure you know what is needed of you.” (1)

I’ve said on numerous occasions that I don’t think it will be hard for decent people to ascend. But maybe I should back that assertion up with evidence from our sources. Let’s do that now.

First of all, as SaLuSa tells us, Ascension as an event “is a certainty, and nothing can take that opportunity away from you.” (2) But Diane of Sirius reminds us that taking oneself out of duality is a goal that “does not come easily.” (3) It remains our “responsibility to lift yourself up as no one else can do it for you,” SaLuSa advises. “They can help but in the final reckoning it is your decision that will determine how you progress.” (4)

Matthew Ward informs us that Ascension is a matter of choice and science rather than judgment and arbitrary selection.
