Welcome to August everyone! The universe appears to be making an all-out attempt to frighten us with waves of psychic static, turbulence and unknown intimidating forces. Therefore, I need to remind you to sound your soulful rallying cry every day for the next week and probably beyond – until this change and expansion phase calms down and returns to a reasonable state of normalcy. August will plow through you with the energies of a spiritual task master, and will be especially potent until the 12^th of the month. Yes, reconstruction, change and expansion are here.

The choice for you to make at this time is how you will participate. Will it be through knowledge, wisdom, truth and communication or ignorance, fear, deception, and denial? It’s all free will choice but take note – if you are unwilling or unable to move into these energies of expansion and change voluntarily, then sudden and disruptive change appearing to come from outside your personal sphere of will shall be employed to facilitate this necessary shift. The greater your resistance, the greater an outside influence will be called upon by your guides and Higher Self to generate your next highest spiritual expression.

Disseminating Moon Phase - Moon in Aries

Today is the last day of Mercury's retrograde.  It will station direct at 2:07 am EDT (6:07 am UTC) tomorrow.  This has been an especially difficult Mercury retrograde, coming during the Turning Point when things changed for everyone.  It has made communication very difficult and has amplified the anger that Mars, Pluto, and Uranus have caused to swell.  Today, in order to avoid frustration and setting ourselves up for distress, be aware that there isn't much we are going to be able to do about things.  We are immobilized with neither mental or physical control.  It's also a challenge between closing off areas of life or overplaying them.  This will all pass tomorrow, but resisting it today will only make things more difficult.  Emotional reactions are going to be hard to contain, and people will become fired up very easily.  But don't suppress your emotions either, because this will have health consequences.  We can feel our emotions without acting them out.  If you are struggling, as many who are writing to me right now are, and the pain is too much to bear, go outside and give it to our higher power.  The Earth is what is causing this recalibration to our energetic fields (our DNA, our frequency - however you want to put it), and she knows what it is like for us.  It's a process that must happen, so surrender to it today as much as possible.  Don't make final decisions today.  Tomorrow's energy will be much different and will offer a fresh perspective.

I certainly hope this is now the mantra most are living by. I am growing weary of the asleep mode so many have been locked into for so long now. As far as I can see there are few excuses for people to still be asleep. If mind control is the dark ones flavor of the month, we should all be asleep, but we aren’t. Many chose to get off their frequency and stay awake! It is our choice, therefore there can be few excuses other than denial or fear or perhaps your timing is not ready. If we all truly desire to see change in the world then it is we who must bring it about. It takes choice, action and courage and a willingness to fight the good fight to the end.
