Please relax, ground into Mother's crystalline core with a loving grounding cord of your choosing. Connect then, with the Great Central Sun, the Supreme Being. Take a few moments to just breath in from both into your heart center. You can visualize and feel this as golden white light (Prana).

 

Breathe in "I" and out "AM". Visualize this golden-white light moving clockwise expanding out into your entire field. Feel its love, and your connection to that love, your Mother and God. You are so loved. Then from your Heart Center, send this loving, healing Light as White Light down into Mother's crystalline core. You need not send it throughout her, as she knows exactly where to send it within her. Feel your connection to her and to all that is as you send this beautiful Grace Light down to her.

Becoming Sensitive

You are becoming more sensitive each day. This can sometimes be overwhelming. If you are feeling exhausted and drained, you are absorbing too much energy from others. When this happens, it is so very important for you to cleanse your energy field and chakras regularly. If you are in particularly harsh energy, shield yourself. Repeat it as necessary. Your newborn sensitivities are a gift, and when you learn to work with it, you will be so very grateful for its arrival.

Dear beautiful friends of light. Many of you are very much aware right now of the continuing evolution of humanity and you are begining to work more on your own level of consciousness as to serve this planet in awakening. You are now on the cusp of letting go so much that has held you back in so many lifetimes, but there is a difference between just accepting the information on an intellectual level and becoming the embodiment of your true self. NOW is the time to fully grasp the teachings and the concepts and to turn inwards and truly connect to that deeper part of who you are. Your true source of being is connected infinately to All-That-Is and is infinately greater than any reality you have been concerned with thus far on th physical plane.

I wonder if I’m experiencing my own version of “Absorption” these days.  Apologies for not posting this earlier but my motivation to do very much has been fairly low.  From reading all your emails I know that a great many of us are also experiencing a similar process.

 

It occurs to me that many of the symptoms of ascension match what could be diagnosed as depression in traditional Western medicine. I’m far from depressed and simply celebrating the permission I gave myself to be what I would formerly have referred to as a slug.

 

A reader writes that she was deeply touched by reading about Farrah, the young lady that Sierra Neblina told us about in Colorado.

 

She asks, with so many of the dark energies in containment, how could this shooting have happened? Surely the Galactic Federation of Light knows who the dark energies are all over the globe, and she wonders why they couldn’t have put the shooter in containment or stopped this from happening?

♢ This is the time you have been waiting for.  Do you feel the shift in vibration;  the excitement, the anticipation?  Despite failed attempt after failed attempt, the darkness is, by it’s very nature, unable to to overtake the light.  A spiral of hope has risen up from the ashes, and like the  unstoppable tornado of love that it is, it makes it’s way across the land.  It is powerful and moves quite swiftly, leaving no person, animal, social more or institution unaffected.  It lays waste to everything  unhealthy, and levels all that is not harmonious with The Light.

There is an intensity of energy gaining speed in our created world.  As always, what we do (or don’t do) with it is completely up to us.  If you can look at this enhanced energy that July has been and continues to fill our world with as money, each person on this planet just received an extra million dollars into their personal bank account… Tax free to boot!!

 

Unlike actual dollars, you cannot just save it up, you must and do use it every day.  This abundant energy creates into your material world what your heart desires.  For many, the head and heart and in absolute conflict with each other.  So it becomes really hard to see the wonder-filled gifts that keep arriving to your world, all geared to take your heart higher, open it wider.  But so often, it looks like the opposite has arrived when viewing it from the ego.

This morning as I signed into my facebook there was a great comment left that I cannot get my heart to ignore:

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WARNING: NOAA forecasters estimate a 45% chance of polar geomagnetic storms on July 29-30 in response to a high-speed solar wind stream buffeting Earth's magnetic field. Even stronger storming could occur on July 31st when a CME associated with yesterday's M6-flare arrives. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras for the next three nights. Aurora alerts: text, voice.

 

SOLAR ACTIVITY PICKS UP: Sunspot AR1532 is crackling with M-class solar flares. The latest, an M6-class eruption on July 28th (2056 UT), produced a bright flash of extreme ultraviolet radiation, shown here in a snapshot from the Solar Dynamics Observatory:

MEXICO CITY, July 26 (Reuters) - Thousands of protesters on Thursday blockaded the studios of Mexico's most popular TV network, accusing it of biased coverage of the July 1 presidential election.

Shouting "Tell the truth," the demonstrators, including students and union workers, stopped employees entering the offices of the Televisa studios in Mexico City although they allowed others to leave.
