Every gang worth its salt needs a ringleader. The James-Younger Gang had Jesse James. The T-Birds had Danny Zuko.
And the Li-Bros, as we've christened the group of Wall Street outlaws who allegedly conspired to rig the massively important interest rate known as Libor, may have had Thomas Hayes.

TOKYO — Japan reported its biggest half-year trade deficit ever as exports weakened and fuel imports soared to keep the power on while most reactors are idled in the aftermath of last year’s nuclear crisis.
The Ministry of Finance on Wednesday reported a 2.9 trillion yen ($37.4 billion) trade deficit for the first half ended June 30. The deficit was triple the size of the deficit reported for the same period last year. First half exports fell 2.5 percent from last year while imports surged 13.1 percent.
One of the main issues that humans will be dealing with in the coming months is the need to acknowledge, address, and release their shadow side. The shadow side is that aspect of self which is generally judged to be unacceptable by the family, religion, or culture in which one grows up. Actually, it is a very important part of human nature and is needed as a balance to the aspect that is deemed acceptable.
Your illusory world deals in opposites – right and wrong, love and hate, fast and slow, etc. – and for harmony to flow these opposites must be balanced. What generally happens, though, is that one side is judged “good” and the other “bad,” and the side or aspect that is judged bad is either kept hidden or it is buried deep within the subconscious realms of the mind. Doing this causes stress and tension, and severely limits your creative abilities.
So long as you put your thoughts on the trouble you are in, you will be submerged in trouble. There are other things to think about besides what weighs heavily on you. When you think in other ways, trouble subsides. It subsides in your mind. Even if the trouble stays, it has subsided.
You are given situations in life that are difficult, even more serious than marital difficulties. Certainly, some life situations are more difficult than others, especially when seen from the world view. And even in what might be called the most difficult situations of all, others have been in the same situations, perhaps worse, and still find happiness. They give happiness. They don't content themselves with misery.
Awakening — the fabulous event to which so many are looking forward with great expectancy — is on course and on schedule to arrive precisely as intended by humanity’s collective will, which is now sufficiently in alignment with God’s to ensure that there will be no reversals or turning back. The end, the destination, is clearly defined and cannot be avoided. Therefore release all your worries and anxieties. What you are hoping for, praying for, longing for is not an insane and imaginary concept, dreamt up by a few wishful thinkers. It is Reality, your eternal Home, which the illusion has kept shrouded in fog and hidden from you for far too long.
The Day out of time is the culmination of the 13 Moon Calendar year originated from the Mayan science of time. On July 25th, Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun. This day is observed as a day free of time in the 13 Moon Calendar. It is a day of reverence and cultural appreciation for the concept 'Time is Art.' This 'free day' is the closing of a 13x28=364 day year. The Day Out of Time re-aligns the 13 Moon calendar to the solar year and re-aligns humanity into renewed appreciation for our inherent divinity and connection to nature. The 13 Moon Calendar is a Solar, Lunar, Galactic calendar that measures time from a 4th dimensional quantitative and qualitative perspective, revealing the synchronic and cyclical nature of time. The 13 Moon calendar is comprised of thirteen 28 day months, just as there are 13 lunations in a solar year.
