Energy Healing Transmission

I’ve recorded my first energy healing transmission as guided by my Highest Consciousness, my Beloved Archangel Michael. The recording has been light encoded with Reiki energy which will continue to be felt each time the recording is listened to. In fact, the energy will only become stronger. It will never dissipate.

Reiki is Divine Love, it is the universal flow of Everything that is Love, so what the transmission does is help you let go and release all that is not love within you. Basically, all that is not love is negative energy because all positive energy has its origins in love, which comes from the Soul.

Our objective as an ascending Being is to be love once more – to return to a higher state of consciousness means to return to a higher vibration, and the higher we go, the more love were able to hold. Love is light, light is love. Love is all there is!

So this wonderfully powerful transmission will help you to let go of the ego and all of the negative energy associated with the ego – guilt, blame, sadness, pain, disease, fear, feelings of  unworthiness etc., and bring you into alignment with your Soul Self so that you can experience more love, peace, gratitude, health, harmony, joy and bliss, and all that goes with those higher vibrational energies. This includes abundance in every way. When you are living more in your heart i.e. in love, you begin to experience an abundant life!

7 Things Happy Couples Do Every Day

Things Happy Couples Do Everyday

A happy relationship is not something just for the movies; you can have it in your real life, with small things and everyday habits. When it comes to love, there is no set rule to follow, there are no guidelines that will fit every situation, which is when people get into trouble. However, there are certain things that most happy couples do every day and that help their relationship work better.

  1. They eat together

Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, or all four, happy couples take time out of their busy schedules to sit down together and refuel. Growing up, my parents cooked a big meal almost every night, bringing the whole family into the kitchen for dinner. Looking back, I realize now that we were doing more than just sharing a meal; we were allotting ourselves time to bond and really get to know each other.

We tend to be happiest while feeding our hunger, which makes us more apt to open up and share what’s going on in our lives. That’s why going out to eat is such a popular pastime. It’s not just about the food; it’s about the company we keep while we’re there, which helps strengthen our relationship.

  1. They check in

It doesn’t have to be every five seconds. Happy couples check in just enough to know that they’re there – it might be a little “I miss you” or “Thinking of you” message sent in the midst of a hectic workday. It doesn’t have to be flashy or super original, as long as it’s thoughtful. read more

The Light Way to Relationships

Notes to Myself

Relationships are the core of what keep us interconnected. This past year has challenged us to delve deeply and be mindful of our relationships. As we have given our soul permission to grow and evolve the Universe has prompted us to align our inner light with our outer world. While things are in upheaval things may feel uncomfortable and unsettled. The focus needs to be inward on what is serving our soul’s purpose and what brings us peace, joy, happiness, and contentment.

While last year the focus was on healing and clearing security issues, this past year and the year to come is about reevaluating our relationships. Many of us have dealt with issues concerning our jobs, homes, and finances, now the focus is shifting toward interpersonal relationships at the core level. This has brought to the surface in your face scenarios that can be baffling and upsetting. Usually relationship issues become magnified as we take our next big spiritual leap. Our relationships come up for review and those that are not at the same or similar frequency are realigned or purged. I haven’t had this many issue surrounding relationships in many years as I have this past year.

As we choose what we want to create in our lives the Universe manifests opportunities for our growth. We are being pushed to be more authentic and forthcoming with others and ourselves. We do not need to be forceful, dominate, or abrasive in order to get our point across. In fact, the best way to do it is in a very peaceful, quiet, and gentle way. Not much really needs to be said. Everything is occurring on an energetic level and we are communicating through our higher selves. Those that are meant to be in our life will remain or emerge in a shape and form that is cohesive with our path.

We are teenagers, now in the Golden Age. We've made it through infancy, childhood (boy, they grow up fast) and now we think we know it all and it's up to us to put that knowledge into action. Since cups represent the emotional and spiritual side of things (think, inner) we are being asked today to take a look at how we are doing personally in the Golden Age. How are we handling our emotions? Are we in touch with our emotions or do we indulge ourselves in them, and get lost in fancy daydreams? Are we spending enough time being alone with ourselves, comfortably? Are we going into our heart to understand? Are putting what we've learned into action, or are we spending too much time in introspection? How are our relationships holding up in the new age? Are there any where it's time to let go and move forward? Knights are all about finding the balance between polarities. We need to be able to balance our emotional and spiritual life with our active life. We need to understand the situation with the heart, and then move into action.
