The 2 Frequency holds the energy of Cooperation, adaptability, and that of the Peacekeeper. It is also the frequency where the very beginning of opening to ones empathic and psychic abilities transpires.

Here, within this frequency the Spark of the Group Collective Conscious Mind lies dormant, waiting to be ignited.

Here the individual, who has found their personal identity and learned to stand in their own power without the need to try to overpower others, begins to learn the lessons of being a part of the Group. Here the lesson of Give and Take in equal proportion, consideration for others as equally as for self, and the ability to adapt to not always having things their own way is a priority.

The 2 Frequency is about consciously becoming a part of community; community at all levels.

Ashira: One of the areas that we like to speak of is the magnificent beauty of your planet. And we have come for a very long time, not so all of you can necessarily come on ship.  I mean, we are happy when the time is right, and we will avoid the chaos of an earlier faux pas, but the issue isn’t coming on board ship and asking for a ride home, whether it is to Venus or Andromeda, or anywhere else in the galaxies.

The joy is being on this magnificent planet.  And you are correct, that what you think of as mundane, we think of as spectacular! So it is one of the reasons also, why part of the Mother’s Plan has been to keep you in physical form. Gaia  is a planet of physicality.  It is a planet of such beautiful diversity that you can take lifetimes after lifetimes after lifetimes – and we are talking the hundreds of years that we all live.

But to explore … On board ship, I have said to you, we have gardens, we grow food, there are animals. Now, did you ever think why?  Yes, part of it is we maintain ourselves – but it isn’t a necessary vital requirement.  It isn’t a life force issue, it is to sustain our very souls.

Past life memories can come in in vague rememberance, or maybe a feeling that you love a certain time and place, or were a Lemurian. Something attracts you to a past self which some say is not really past as time does not exist.

Parallel simultaneous realities could be the same as a past life, if you take this idea of no time further. It is my understanding and belief that we hold the information, the memories and knowing from past existences or parallel existences of ourselves within the DNA. As DNA activates and as we go through an awakening process, we come to remember who we are and were. Being around others from these times and places, mostly our soul family, ignites our understanding and memory. It can also be being around objects like crystals that relate to that time. I could be visiting geographical place, walking our etheric footsteps in which we come to recall these times. It may not be until years later that we understand. I sense visiting the old city with the tomb of Christ plus the Qumran in Palestine where an Essene community was along with the Dead Sea Scrolls had this effect on me. I recalled my Essene lifetime a few years later even though at the time, I had no idea what this trip to Israel was about. Sacred sites raise your vibration and I know a person who says she experienced her spiritual evolution through this way. If it triggers some memories via energetic download, all the better.

Surrounding the 1 Frequency we come to understand the journey of the Newly Awakened Self.

The 1 Frequency is about the Self… you as the Individual you are. So today’s focus is working on Self.

Associated with the 1 Frequency I most always share the following because it so vividly describes the knowledge and lesson of the 1 Frequency.

What is it I mean by that statement?

77 – I Am the Divinely Inspired Synthesis of Spiritual Intuition and Physical Intelligence

Since the 77 Sub-frequency is a supportive frequency for the 9/11 Dual Frequency I would like to address it first.

The 77 Frequency is about Creative Thought and Expanding our Perspective and our Reality. It is the frequency where the melding of our Spiritual Intuitive abilities with, and into a cohesive form with our Physical Intellect begins and transpires.

Within this frequency the Spark of the Divine Rational Mind that has lain dormant in the 5 frequency has its first initial awakening.
