The key is to know that and then to be in the frame of mind and heart to want to offer it, regardless of what your neighbor or friend or colleague or loved one does or says or offers themselves. In these times of immense change it is even more important to know this and to acknowledge this. For you each have a mission and purpose that no one else does. Today is a 4 Frequency day with a 22 Sub-frequency influence and 11 and 55 Minor frequency influences.

The I AM Keyword phrases for 4, 11, 22 and 55 are:

4 – I AM Form and Service

11 – I AM Truth Illumined through Spiritual Revelation

22 – I Am Spiritual Vision Building Sacred Structure

55 – I AM the Higher Self Aware of Divine Will

First let’s take a look at the 11 and 55 Minor frequency influences. Remember, Minor frequencies are very subtle influences on the day. They are there playing into the days in which they appear, but are not the strongest influences of the day.

The 11 Frequency holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening and today is giving the most subtle of assistance to further Spiritual Awakening of the Collective Consciousness, as well as assisting the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. My dear, as the pace of life increases and the energies that are being released awaken many more to the light, the Cabal is releasing microwave energies that attack and confuse. Microwave attacks can produce whatever health problems they choose: heart, blood-pressure, unbearable pain especially in the head; as you, my dear, are only too well aware. Do not see yourselves as "victims" of these attacks, but rather see yourselves as being successful in your objectives, thereby threatening the plans of the Cabal.
 
Be strong, know your truth, and stand by it. Christ Consciousness is becoming the norm once more. Welcome it with open arms, meditate on it and it will be fully activated. Spend as much time as possible meditating on the obelisks and ley lines in Rome, thus releasing the energy. Once you open that particular gate you will be FREE. The monstrosity known as the Vatican, is what keeps you in bondage, forever struggling to survive.

If humanity is so quick to allow other races of beings to take over, run things and tell them what is and is not true this becomes hugely problematic. Think of it this way... if humanity is made up of a genome of 12 or more stellar ET races then how is it we would be subservient or lesser than to any of those individual races? Ask yourself this.

We do realize that this is taking place for such a long time but now it is one of the most intense processes that Humanity will go through as we are set in the Middle and the Center of the point of the Galactic systems and Nations for everything is being brought into balance and into a Zero Point.
 
This Zero point will assist Humanity in this Ascension process to let go of all the time-lines of past incarnations and life forms and to assist in being in the Now so that everything that is being in the Now is Union, is Oneness and this for the collective as well as for Planet Earth.
