I have always shared that the easiest way to come to understand and experience the frequency of the 9 frequency bandwidth is to think of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana and the work these two women did, and the energy they embodied and projected to the world. The loving energy that floods over you when you connect with this image is the energy of the 9 Frequency.

The 11 Frequency bandwidth holds the energy of Initial Spiritual Awakening. Here is where Spiritual Revelations and Epiphanies awaken those who still slumber; unaware of the greater Spiritual Truths of our Reality, and it assists the Spiritually Awakened in further expansion of their perspectives of reality and Spiritual Truths. Within this Frequency we can more easily see, know and understand our Reality from an expanded and more spiritual perspective.

Today the 11 frequency is here to lend support to the 9 Frequency. It is here to assist in expanding our understanding of Divine Unconditional Giving and the difference holding this level of Giving and Compassion can make in the world when we apply it to our lives each and every day.

Don’t have time to analyse? Let me help…Darkness disappears when light appears. Darkness does NOT overpower light, rather light overpowers darkness. Ever noticed that when a light is lit, the darkness goes away? But…darkness AND light are both the creation of God, Source, All-That-Is (your choice). This means that those who are “working” dark roles on Earth right now are to be congratulated and loved for the very good job they have played.

This won’t go on very much longer as the “light” (some say light is knowledge) will be appearing soon…Isn’t it nice how art, in this case a song, can help us see the reality of things?

Consciousness...what is that exactly?

I’ve heard so much about consciousness lately. What exactly is consciousness and how can I develop this? How do I change my state of consciousness? Webster defines consciousness as “1. Aware, 2. Mentally awake or alert, 3. Known or felt by ones’ inner self, 4. Intentional. Another definition is “Consciousness has been defined loosely as a constellation of attributes of mind such as subjectivity, self-awareness, sentience, and the ability to perceive a relationship between oneself and one’s environment.”

I read an article today, that discusses consciousness in direct language. Normally, language about consciousness is vague, but Stephen Hawkins has written an article which you may find compelling:http://galacticconnection.com/measuring-consciousness-levels-dr-hawkins/

Hawkins actually gives a scale of consciousness (seen below) which actually ties emotions to levels of consciousness. Abraham, translated through Esther Hicks, has published a similar scale of emotions which is measured by how well-connected we are with our source – in other words how empowered we feel when we are experiencing these emotions. I personally like how Dr. Hawkins, a renowned scientist, has supported (unknowingly ?) information from spiritualists…in this case Abraham, a group of non-physical beings who communicate through Esther Hicks. They have both explained how human emotional states (vibrational states) are indeed…levels of consciousness. It’s worth thinking about…

Apparently Mike Quinsey’s computer has malfunctioned, which has taken away his means of communicating with us all.

That’s the reason why there was no message from SaLuSa this past week and Mike is not sure if things will be corrected in time for a message for next week.
