This brings us to an unclassified Top Secret document written by Robert Oppenheimer, an American theoretical physicist, and Albert Einstein, a German theoretical physicist, who wrote a joint report on the issue of “Relationship with Inhabitants of Celestial Bodies”.

The six-page document is the first document to use the phrase ‘Extra-terrestrial Biological Entities’ (EBEs). It says the presence of unidentified spacecraft is accepted as de facto by the military - and this is dated June 1947.

The document deals with issues such as: where extra-terrestrials may come from, what the law say about it, what we should do in the event of colonisation and/or integration of peoples, and why they are here.  The document suggests that in the event that EBE's desire to settle here on earth there will be "profound change in traditional concepts" of law and the possible need for a new "Law Among Planetary Peoples."

~~Some keep saying we are transitioning into the 4th dimension, That makes it sound like that's our next place to be. When we and the planet are transitioning into the 5th dimension. And some say that the 4 d is what we are passing through to get to the 5th. We have been going through the 4 d since the 50s.Thats why it started getting bad. And our government kept most of us down by making sure we made just enough money to pay taxes and pay for a living, so we could keep paying taxes. to the Federal reserve which pays the Vatican and the Queen of England. by the way  The federal reserve is illegal too, they use the  illegal IRS to collect our taxes. How much are we gona take ?  How many of us have to die or lose loved ones ? Or watch people starve and freeze in the streets, because the government have to go on their fancy vacations and live in their mansions and ride in their limousines when we can't even afford gas or food .
