The manuscript of survival – part 342 . August 13, 2013
The trouble with keeping up with the speed of all of these energetic fluctuations will have become apparent to you all by now, and we do know that many of you suffer considerably from the output from all of this. Again, it is indeed inevitable that your bodies will show some form of distress by now, but for some, it can be almost crippling. We know it will be of small consolation for us to again repeat the same message of patience and trust, but this is indeed a very intense period that will bring much ease as soon as it starts to ease off. And it will, but not just yet, as today will be another hectic day on so many levels. However, release will be at hand shortly, and as such, the importance today will once again be on keeping your focus on the light.
Feel the energies that are surrounding each and every one of you and if they have loving and joyous feeling, than take them inside as much as you can and if for some reason you have a feeling of lower energy being within them, there is something you need to work on or release. These energies are pure Light and Love and they are guiding you on your chosen path. Listen to them and feel them as they are exactly showing you what the issue is. Focus your intention on clearing of the old, as only little remained from the heavy baggage you carried for many, many years. Feel proud of yourselves, that you have been able to do it in such harsh conditions and with that, you have enabled others to do the same much easier and quicker. This should give you satisfaction and feeling of Oneness that you all want to feel. Remember you all came in this life to do exactly what you are doing and many of you are already aware of the future purpose or “work” they will be doing.
Over the last couple days I have been guided and coached, if you will, by Archangel Michael and my consciousness expanded in ways unimaginable. My understanding has risen to new levels and I am blessed with the re-member-ing that has taken place within my energy body.
The energies of the Lions Gate culminate today in what will be the strongest you have felt on this planet so far. Use these energies today to connect with the highest part of your Self. For some this means your Higher Self, or your God Self. It does not matter what labels you have given this part of your Self. Go within today and connect with this Divine part of YOU and allow yourself to receive much needed ‘breathing space’ or respite from your daily life.
There exists nothing, no-thing, outside of you. All that you need lies within you just waiting for you to remember. I have a meditation that I would like to share with you today:

In all perpetuity it is written that you shall awaken. And shall it be so. And so it is. And this is what you are in the process of and this is what you are destined to do and this is what you are made of. In all intents and purposes you have already done so. The pieces of the puzzle have been laid and you are containing the fabric of your awakening within your consciousness. It hasn’t totally materialized in many ways, but in many ways it has.
Think of it as all the light cells in your body being prepared for a flick of the switch when all conditions are right. You are illuminated so much now, and in a short while all will be readied for that higher beam to be prompted and switched on. You are not used to having that higher illumination yet in your physical bodies and you are being conditioned and readied through all these processes of late to be able to hold the deeper brighter light and sustain it in your bodies. You have gradually been readied and you are so much stronger and able to hold it within you. And to show it to the world.
And so it goes, and so it is. And this is why you feel at times you are at a standstill. But please know that you are building and strengthening to hold this higher light and frequency that will be such a burst and catalyst for immense change once it is able to be sustained within your physical bodies.
