Recording and Access to Heart Songs

The  Heart Songs are recorded when you listen to music. The emotion that you have when you listen to a particular song, determines where they are stored in you Heart Song data base. If you are in a very good mood and your favorite song comes on the radio, that song gets stored in your good mood Heart Song data base. When you are hurting about something, say, a break up, and you constantly play that particular song, when you feel that pain, one of the Heart Songs you heard while feeling this emotion will automatically play when that emotion is felt. Its like a ipod in the heart that sorts out the songs according to emotions. Heart Songs can also recall a memory of the emotion you were feelings when you recorded the song in your Heart Song data base. That is the best way that I can explain the Heart Song. Most of these gifts I understand are really natural so bear with me when it comes to explaining how or why is transpires.

The Visions Have Returned

In the past, I would have visions. At times when I would try to go to sleep, I would see these, movies I will call them. They used to scare the hell out if me. This morning, when I tried to rest, I got a vision. It was a real filled out little bush, bright and green. The bush began to spread out, rapidly. Once it got a certain size, the middle disappeared, and the bush was then shaped like I reef. The ground in the middle was very furtle looking, a dark, moist, dirt, I could smell the fresh dirt. What this means has several different meaning in my mind, not sure which one is correct. I was glad that the visions have returned because I now embrace them. I am no longer afraid of who or what I am.

Before moving to a new city at the end of next week, I decided to spend the remaining balance on a gift card I had. I decided to purchase a new Oracle Card deck and was looking at the ones I did not yet own - aiming for a bit of diversity and perhaps some new guidance. I already had: Dolphins/Mermaids, Mayan Language of Light, Fairies, and Spirit Animals. I prefer the smaller 44 (this number has been recurring for me since I was a small child) card decks, which are easier to shuffle, to traditional 72 card tarot deck. 

 

I decided to pass up the Raphael angel deck, even though I am rather fond of Raphael. I also passed up two other decks focused on healing - including a tempting forest-based tarot deck. My healing is coming along rather nicely and instinctively, I don't need any messages about it or to mess with it right now. :) 

 

Angels and Saints, another tempting choice. I had recently discovered my family geneology was an offshoot of Eastern Catholicism and I have always identified with Brighid as my patron Saint. On a recent vacation I found myself, on the railing of a cruise ship, speaking to a Puerto Rican man about never being separated from the Christ-like love in our hearts, and so not having anything to be afraid of. I also have some dear Catholic friends and resonate with a few bands that draw their heritage from their. Nevertheless, it wasn't quite the deck for right now. 

 

There was also another somewhat generic Angels deck and an Archangel specific deck. However, the Archangel deck featured 15 Archangels - a number that doesn't quite fit with how I'm being guided right now. It didn't seem a fit at all. I have many strong Michaels in my life that care for me and I know that Michael is a strong guiding presence in my life, but I also passed up that deck because it was a bit too specific.

Yesterday was such a great revelation and increase of energy for me and I AM grateful to all who seem to be resonating with the same messages. One thing I realized was that I AM have to now focus on myself in order to give to the light. I relaxed and let the energy just flow and it has been a great experience. I have such peace but I AM giving more love and light to the Universe than before. In meditation it feels like I AM was looking up only 2 flights and could FEEL all the angels saying slow down and integrate for a while but we are waiting. What a great feeling of LOVE. It is a new day and a new Universe.

DEEPLY AWAKE – EARTH'S HISTORY

 

THERE IS AN URGENCY WITH WHICH I AM BEING TOLD TO GET THIS OUT. PLEASE FORGIVE THE PLENTIFUL TYPOS

 

Do you remember the first time you heard the idea that the opposite of love is not fear, not hate, but indifference?

 

Quite a liberating thought. The opposite of love. Isn't indifference the heavy-lidded shaman who dances and prays and intuits for the tribe, so supported by mystery that there can be no other response to all extremity within mankind, except for a nod, a slow grin, a quiet heart. And is that stillness indifference, or unspeakably profound love?

 

Unless you are in the presence of it, it is hard to know which you are seeing demonstrated. Indifference and acceptance, they both may appear as inertia, as unmatched strength, as deep humility or unending devotion. The way the room lights up when you are in the presence of it, that's the only way to know. Actions, and words, can be deceiving.

DEEP RELEASE OF PAST TRAUMA

 

It is not enough to say that we are happy, if we are still suppressing deep or unconscious sadness, resentment, fear, trauma, guilt, or any number of other negative emotions. It is not enough to just say they are gone if they are not completely gone.

There are techniques that can help us to release past feelings even if we are not fully aware of those troubling feelings.

One way is to notice when one is upset with someone else. This kind of upset means that the person is somehow activating unconscious pain – or it may be that we perceive their pain and feel responsible for it.
