We often speak of the importance of the elements of surrender, faith, flow and trust. We have been asked the difference between faith and trust, and we are happy to clarify that for you.

Faith is the belief that there is something that exists that is bigger than you. It does not matter if you call it God, or Source, or Creator, or Goddess. You could even simply call it “more” if you do not know exactly what you believe. Faith is simply the acknowledgement that there is something vaster than your individuated aspect of self.

Trust is the belief that not only is there something bigger than you, that bigger something has your back. ~Archangel Gabriel

Dear Ones, we understand you have a great desire to express yourselves in more enlightened and empowered ways. This does not come from resisting what you do not want, or learning how to overcome what you do not want. It comes from embracing and working with the elements that allow you to begin to experience those new ways of being.

For example, you cannot learn patience by pushing against impatience. To do so would create a constant state of resistance, which is contrary to surrender and flow, and will always feel uncomfortable. The true experience of patience naturally occurs from the practice of acceptance and allowing.

The model that supports your experiencing all the higher attributes you are seeking is surrender, faith, flow, gratitude, trust, acceptance and allowing. This is the foundation that will support the peace, harmony, unconditional love and unity consciousness you are all desiring. Just as you are in the process of creating a new you, and a new world, your relationships will be shifting and evolving, as well. What do you want your relationships to evolve into? What old conditioning is it time you left behind? What new templates would you like to create for relationships moving forward?

As this grand shift continues, no area of your life will go unaffected. So many of you are in relationship patterns that were never a match to you in the first place, but rather conditioning from your families and society. When was the last time you stopped to ask yourself if those ways were in line with what you believe and wish to experience?

Dear Ones, shame is an emotion that often results in a person getting stuck in regret and staying there. Understand that we are always supportive when human beings are able to identify and reflect upon behaviour that does not match who they really are. That is an important part of growth. When that becomes problematic is when the person then uses that experience to stall their growth and slip into a pit of self-degradation.

There is a big difference between introspection and self abuse! Any experience serves your growth if it allows you to learn, redefine, and redirect your path and your expression of self. Introspection will help you understand and choose differently moving forward. Self abuse will simply keep you stuck, which can often result in even more behaviour that is not in line with your truth.

If you have done something that you are not proud of, feel into why you behaved in such a way. What sits underneath your behaviour? Was it fear? Disconnection? Loneliness? Sadness? Anger? There is always a wounded aspect of self that drives decisions that are not in line with who you really are. Connect with this wounded part of yourself, imagine gathering it up in your arms, and love and forgive it and give it everything it could possibly need to feel whole and complete. Give yourself the love and forgiveness you would so freely offer another.

Dear Ones, we cannot stress this enough. It is wonderful for you to seek – to consult with psychics and channels, to read or listen to information in a desire to have guidance on your path. We love that you are growing and evolving and educating yourselves! Your desire for knowledge is a big part of your evolution process and we commend you it.

Where your search for knowledge becomes problematic is when it creates confusion in you. If you are getting a lot of information from different sources that is conflicting, it can be difficult to know how to proceed.

Hear us when we say you are always the expert on you. Take what resonates, what feels good to you, and leave the rest behind! It is through listening to your innate wisdom, the part of you that knows your truth and is your inner GPS, that you will find the perfect experiences for you. To blindly listen to the advice of another is to give your power away. To allow your own knowingness to lead is to step into your authentic power.

We understand you are cautious because you do not wish to make mistakes. Dear Ones, there are no mistakes, only experiences! If you try something and it is not a match to who you really are, you will know very quickly, then you can simply try something else. That is how you grow and evolve, and that is a glorious part of being in the body – being in the realm of experience.
