If you wish others to be gentle with you, you must first be gentle with yourself.  If you expect others to respect you, start within.  If you long for loyalty, be loyal to your own thoughts and beliefs.  Everything you ask of others must first be given to you by you!  When you fill up your own cup, all that overflows flows to those around you.  Lead by example and your fellow humans will follow suit. ~ Creator
