Our Florida Free State is moving forward!

Those holding pro-tem positions in the Executive Branch of our Free State met on February 28th to discuss such things as funding, budget, trusts, bank accounts, setting up credit unions, signatures required on checks and positions to be filled. It seems clear that we are finally getting close to actually establishing a lawful republic in Florida. We need county and regional coordinators, rangers, grand jurors and willing individuals to fill many other departments necessary in operating a government that serves all the people fairly under common law and constitutional checks and balances.

We also discussed what will happen as official announcements are made, which we expect to happen in the not-to-distant future. Education of the masses through radio, TV, Internet and newspaper/print media will be critical as we move from a government serving only the financial interests of a relative handful of people to one that actually protects the sovereign rights of everyone against encroachment by overzealous bureaucrats. As our viability becomes clearer, we are aware of the need for spiritual guidance; and therefore it was proposed that a day of prayer and fasting be proclaimed very shortly after official announcements.

In short, we foresee big changes happening in the weeks just ahead; and we need to be prepared for this huge energetic shift in human awareness and spiritual awakening.

Statewide Meeting on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in Ocala, Florida

We have scheduled a meeting primarily for those already serving in various capacities of the executive, legislative and judicial branches, including grand juries, within the Florida Free State to be held in Room A at the main branch of the Marion County Library, 2720 East Silver Springs Boulevard in Ocala, Florida for next Saturday. It will run from 10 am-12 noon, a lunch break, and then the final session from 1 pm until 5 (if necessary). While this is primarily to be a business meeting, we thought it a good idea to invite the entire assembly so as to not function as the "other government" does: operating in secret. With that being said, this is not a meeting for debate; it is a time to roll up our sleeves and work together to make this happen. We can tweak things as we move forward.

Local Assemblies

There are now regularly scheduled assembly meetings in local areas where you can go to get involved. As more people join us, this will increase. (Note that the Pinellas Assembly will be meeting next Saturday, at the same time as the statewide meeting. Brevard meetings are the second Saturday of each month.)

It is our desire to have an active Assembly and Citizen's Grand Jury in each Florida county before the year is completed. Please consider the Lincoln quote below, and the others as well.

Seeking Justice in an Unjust World

One final note from Ron Van Dyke: There was no newsletter last month because on February 15th the attorneys for the bank finally succeeded with their attempted theft of my home. At what was called an auction, an attorney in the same law firm "bought" my homestead property for $100. There was never a trial in the case before the court, never a mortgage on my property nor a foreclosure hearing, yet it was sold in a so-called "foreclosure" sale. I appealed to the Ecclesiastical Court of Justice now working with others in the Republic. Even though I am still in my home, I do not venture out for more than very brief periods.
