Hello lovely beings!
Wanted to ask you a question.
What is going on today? Everyone seems very angry and negative. Verbally fighting and i myself feel so depressed and down. My throat is very tight and pressure on the chest.
I thought maybe after such big and powerful full moon the energy has changed somehow :(

Hi Aiia....It's probably emotional energies/mental releasing from deeper levels of our beings, as a result of the full moon along with the light portal building toward the 6-pointed star on the 26th. If it feels depressive our auras are still hanging onto those old patterns. Connecting with divine light requesting to release and transmute the stuff from our auras is helpful.

Dont forget to cut energetic cords each day and do a chakra/aura cleansing in meditation. Also shielding is important. With all the new energies coming in, many who are not clear of ego will act out. Try to be in nature as much as possible, and learn what your own energy feels like so you can call upon and remain the observer in these situations.

Today i feel slightly better. Yesterday was so intense i even left earlier from work.
Also yesterday morning i had Access Bars therapy and i could't get through it.My chest was heathy and throat very tight.Normally i would't say anything and will be very patient, but yesterday i said that i felt very uncomfortable and asked the therapist to stop the treatment. Could that be the trigger for negativity?

Aiia a bit after the fact...I'd like to say I've learned there is no such thing as negative energy or what we call and perceive as negative...their are in energy opposite polarities. that which vibrates at different ends of the polarity and thus we feel that which is Different than our own energy.... The further from our own vibration the more weird or different it feels, and when it's a lesser vibration and denser it feels cold and icky...when a faster vibration and lighter it feels warm and loving or comforting....ALL is ONE and both ends of the polarity are us and as we raise consciousness we will learn to love the entirety of it..
