I am here to meet up with others who are going through what I've been going through in terms of the physical and emotional sensations and changes I've been experiencing for the past 6 months or so. I don't know what it all means, but someone told me it could be part of the "Ascension Process."
In short, during a time of extreme anxiety, tension and despair, I asked my spirit guides (whom I've never met) for help. After I asked, I felt something pressing on my head, and then slowly "drawing" on my face with what felt like a ball-point pen. Then I felt pressure in my ears and on my foot, and they helped my back to go back in line (it had been bothering me). I woke up the next morning feeling incredible and amazing, both physically and emotionally.
Since that day, something has been working on my body and mind and emotions every day. They take away my headaches, a lump in my neck, many many bouts of depression and anxiety, and about a half dozen colds. It's so incredibly amazing that I had the urge to share this gift, so I have successfully treated a few people for pains and colds by laying my hands on them.
Anyway, I am wondering why this is happening and if anyone else is experiencing this. There's more to the story but I am tired right now!

Yes, look in the archives under "Ascension Symptoms"--You will find exactly what you have described! You are not going crazy--You have joined the many who have been through this----Remember, take a LOT of deep breaths, tell yourself "I am safe and protected" because you are!

Just ask us for help if you go through strange symptoms on your journey. Every human has free will on earth and we cannot help if you don't ask for guidance. We only help then if you are in danger. Chiron was retrograde for 6 months till mid November, it was even for me a period of deep healing, experiencing the wounded healer on a deeper level. Even for me a lot of unfinished business around one area in my life showed up and I went through a deep purification process as well. Working with chrystals and gemstones works great. Just lay a few in your bed during dreamstate and see what shows up. I had to clean my chrystals every day as well, just to transform the negative energies into the light. Dreams are also great for healing purposes. Ask for forgiveness to yourself and others involved and transform the old issues into love.
Thanks for the suggestions. I will try the crystals. Not too many old issues left, but some days I do feel like such a jackass (deeply neurotic about money, very annoyed and judgmental with people, impatient etc) and wonder why someone like me would be in ascension when I am struggling just like everyone else. The light beings (I guess that's what they are) always come to my rescue after a bad day and take away my physical and emotional pain. They came to me while I was struggling with my life and dealing with very disturbed people (I am a masters-level therapist, family therapist, child behaviorist, and certified hypnotist), and I think they help me so I can keep doing my job without cracking up.
Anyway, thanks again. I don't know what Chiron in retrograde means, but possibly might hold some answers to what we are all gong through
