I Am Guided Meditation

This is a 24 min I AM guided meditation.This meditation is nothing more than resting your attention in the feeling and knowing that you exist in this present moment. You know that in this moment you exist, that you are .This sense of "I AM" is always present. Initially, you practice bringing your attention back to this sense of existing whenever the attention wanders and grasps onto experience. As your practice deepens, It doesn't matter where your attention may be or whatever experience you may be aware of, you still ARE. You are still You. I AM THAT I AM.
This is something simple, something obvious but easily overlooked. This is because our attention easily grasps and moves onto experiences occurring within the five outer senses, thoughts, bodily sensation, emotions, and states of mind. We find ourselves unconsciously identifying, getting caught up in and reacting to these experiences. We feel that we are these experiences and so we feel separate from everything else. Here all the struggle, conflict, effort and suffering enter into life. Truly, all experiences come and go in the natural presence and awareness of who you are.

FAST-GROWING SUNSPOT: Two days ago, sunspot AR1723 did not exist. Now it sprawls nearly 100,000 km (8 Earth-diameters) across the sun's southern hemisphere. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory is monitoring the sunspot's rapid expansion:

AR1723 has a 'beta-gamma' magnetic field that harbors energy for M-class solar flares. If the magnetic field is changing as quickly as the underlying sunspot, it could become unstable and explode. Stay tuned for updates, as Earth would be in the line of fire. Solar flare alerts: text, voice.

Gold, Share Price Drop Baffles Investors

Australian investors were left confused after $7 billion was wiped off the value of the sharemarket, taking the losses in two days to more than $22 billion.

The price of gold, normally considered a save-haven investment, is bucking normal behaviour by tumbling at record levels as sharemarkets also fall.

Events in the world’s two largest economies, the US and China, were cited as being responsible for the ASX’s woes.

US markets plunged by two per cent overnight amid worries about an end to monetary stimulus being discussed, along with the fatal bombing at the Boston Marathon.

Australia’s 0.46 per fall wasn’t as bad but that followed a 0.91 per cent hit on Monday.

Australia’s largest trading partner, China, reported weaker than hoped for economic growth so far this year.

Investors believed the US economy will suffer if it stops pumping money into the economy and are “pricing that future” now, according to CMC Markets chief market strategist Michael McCarthy.

Anne writes ~ I wrote my first post on the Boston Marathon Explosions — a series of short comments with links to urls — a few hours afterwards. In a white hot heat, I felt feverishly driven to find and summarize various weird details of this tragic event that echoed others (9/11, Oklahoma City, Sandy Hook, etc.), with the aim of seeing the entire scenario as one more false flag to keep ramping up so-called “homeland security” into a police state.

I was not disappointed in my quest.

What’s so fantastic about what’s happening now is that instantly, we grok that something other than what is being reported is actually going on. Instinctively and automatically, we no longer believe the MSM cover stories.

Treasure-300x243Take ownership of who you are. What does that mean? Well, we’re here at the greatest time of change imaginable. We’re trying to not freak out about it… and that’s not easy for those of us who have our eyes open. We’re looking outside of ourselves for someone who has the right advice, someone who has the wisdom, someone who can say, “Go to this place, do this, try that.” Or we’re looking for a shoulder to lean on so we can share in their strength and maybe shed a tear or two before we get up and go again.

There’s nothing wrong with looking for strength and wisdom in others. There are lots of people ahead of us on the path. They’re kind and loving, experienced and wise, helpful and invaluable. Hold them in reverence and gratitude. And then do what the wise ones say. Sure enough, what they say is going to be, “Take ownership of who you are. You are spirit within a body. Raise the vibration of your energy and connect.”

If we turn our hearts in the right direction, our answers will come. We have power and talents hidden within as well as skills developed from our experiences that we can pull out and put to use. There is a long history of human beings creating solutions when under pressure. Being a lifelong champion of the underdog I’ve always delighted in that. We are beautiful and ingenious when we are under pressure, self-empowered and connected.

The impetus for change must first be found and acted on from within if we are to properly act in alignment with the new paradigm we wish to build.

I am not suggesting we Create a narrow vision of ourselves and try to push ourselves into acting in alignment with such a vision, but I am suggesting we thoroughly examine every tendency, mechanism and emotional-reaction pattern that creeps up and makes itself known to us, so that we can see if it is in alignment with those of the higher dimensions we are growing toward.

The strong impetus to be a part of the enacting of change across the world is being felt more than ever in plenty of awakening souls who see that the work is simply not going to be done for us, and I would like to present the viewpoint that our actions in every moment and how we go about our existence on this Earth in general are the most prevalent determiners of what is manifested next on the world stage.

We’ve been talking about building the new paradigm for a while now. We’ve channeled information about it; we’ve formed into groups over this subject and the vast majority of us have been working ourselves nearly to the bone (happily, might we add) on anchoring and radiating the new paradigm in every moment we feel we can.

As you see the light approaching on the horizon, you will hear the clarion call from all of those souls starting to wake up to this new dawn. For now, it is not only you who will be singing the praise of this dawn. As we have said earlier, this heavenly choir you have been putting together on this little blue planet will start to amass so many new voices. And so day by day, the volume and the complexity of your song will increase in so many ways. For you were the first ones, and in the beginning, your voices where few and far between, and they were easily lost in the ongoing drone of noise being emitted from all sorts of sources around you. For if you were not listening intently, this heavenly song was easy to overlook amongst all of the clamoring of fear, voices of discontent and the hubbub of downright deafening proportions. For you were not easy to spot in this veritable mass of wall to wall noise, and as such, you yourselves felt how your sound was drowning in a sea of emotional turmoil.
