Garments of the Soul
by Rabbi Rami Shapiro.

There are three Garments of the Soul, three ways in which the Divine enters into the world: thought, word, and deed. We are born with all three, but over time they become soiled and need refining. We refine thought through study, prayer, and contemplation. We refine words through right speech, taking care to use words that heal and not harm. We refine deeds through acts of loving kindness. This is what Simcha Bunem, one of the Hasidic rebbes, knew instinctively, and what he sought to demonstrate to the learned rabbis who came to visit his father.

So last night, following some of Bashar's techniques for channeling, I had made a star of David, deciding to use my crystals, and added my own touch to it by putting it inside of two circles. Link to exact pattern is below.

While making the pattern and after making it as well, I confirmed bits of insight and after an hour or so felt something (crystals or higher self) telling me to come back to them later on. So I went about my evening leaving them on the table and at one point I started talking to another user on here, DazHolmes. We typed messages back and forth for about an hour before actually talking with one another over skype. (We then proceeded to chat for a few hours but more on that later)
The entire time we discussed experiences and ways of thought, but at no point had I actually gotten to see his face, he had only seen mine. Around 10:30 pm my time, after I had introduced him to binary beats, he asked me for one to meditate to and I sent him the following link:

Right about now, I’m reaching a place of realizing that everything, in every moment, is alright. Perhaps some of you could find it strange that it has taken me this long to reach such a point and I would say that it hasn’t; rather, I’ve been realizing more and more every day that everything is great and that neither I nor we have anything to worry or be concerned about.

One of the main reasons this is so is because we’re undergoing a temporary and finite human existence. We are spiritual beings who are now dipping into realms far beyond what humanity would expect to be possible and as we realize the brimming higher realms waiting to be accessed by us, we will be able to look at everything that happens in our Lives in an increasingly-understanding Light.

We will begin to realize that events manifesting in our Lives are not meant to bring us down, put us in fear or apprehension or lower our vibrations in any way. For most of us, this is not what we were taught as children. We were taught that if we stepped out of line or misbehaved, we had a just punishment coming to us and personally, I can remember the anxious and anxiety-ridden feeling of waiting to be “punished”.

All I can say now is that I sense, very deeply, that each and every human on this planet is going through massive changes. Yes, there are outer changes. In “the collective”, yes. But in myself (whatever that is)… for sure.

All I can really do here is speak from this Self. My Self.

The transformation of what WAS, into what IS, happens. And is plainly happening now.

The “I” of yesterday, even the moment before, must release its hold on that “I” of yesterday. And BE the “I” of now.

Before, I felt I needed groups. Before, I felt I needed “gurus”. Now I am beholden to neither. I am only beholden to I AM. The I AM, of NOW.

Here I am again speaking to you through this one in a way that feels good. It is a matter of being able to relay to you the information that is forthcoming and to assure you that matters are moving in a way that is sure to please all of you once it is able to come to fruition. We are doing the steps that are necessary to prepare you for what is to come for your participation.

As we take these steps we do so with your assistance, energy-wise. It is a matter of us being able to tune into you and to go from there with the proper steps that are in line with your own thoughts of what is to come. We take the standards that you have had in place that are now changing, and we allow for what is in your fields that represents the coming times that are in the works.

This is a time for all of us to see what is the proper way to proceed. It is a matter of you all tuning into your deeply imbedded knowledge that you came into the idea of duality with. As these knowings come forth for you, we are able to tune in and see what it is that you are experiencing in the manner of acting on these memories that have lain dormant for so long. As we do this we, step by step, ask for your permission to utilize your inner knowings in a way that prepares you for the coming advances that are being set into place.
