We have entered a new realm of engagement—-straight on. We are in the midst of an ongoing event, one that does not yet have a final point of conclusion. It is best to prepare in more ways than just one. Oh, yes tie up the camel and sit on top of it and go into your heart. Melt into love. Congruency is the word of the day.

It is time to muster up. We are being called now. The crossing has begun now. It is the crossing of choice points—-timelines are constantly shifting and merging. Time to go inside for self-reference now. Go inside where our congruency lives. Sit in the quiet, drop into the heart and bow to the light of love within.

Energize love. Become the congruency.

Happy New Year! I believe it’s going to be a wonderful year and we will finally see the results of the work that we have been doing for decades. Don’t look for too many changes in January though, this month we’re setting the foundation for what is to come. This is a time for intention, balance, consideration, alignment and integration. We’re creating the boundaries for our path; the action and movement will come later. Although we want to jump out of the starting gate as soon as we think the wheels are beginning to turn, to get away from what has been limiting us but that’s like taking a trip without knowing where you want to go, or how you are going to get there and whether there is enough gas in the car to even get started.

Advocate staff file photo by HEATHER MCCLELLAND -- Assumption Parish officials are trying to figure out how to increase the pace at which vent wells are installed at a sinkhole near the Bayou Corne and Grand Bayou communities so methane gas can be burned off and residents can return home. The sinkhole, which formed in August, was photographed Dec. 13.

One-tenth to one-twentieth of the methane gas estimated to be trapped under the Bayou Corne and Grand Bayou communities in northern Assumption Parish has been burned off so far, according to parish emergency response officials.

We are indeed all like snow flakes. There is no one person that is the same as anyone else, just as there are no two snow flakes the same. One snow flake can only change its immediate environment with just itself, yet a whole host of snow flakes coming down together, can change the environment in a big way. We are all different as well, all individuals with passions and skills all our own, we use them to get ahead in our lives, but when we join them together with others, we can make a very strong impact in the world. We are now operating within the realm of 2013, not only a new year, a new age (Aquarius) but think of this as an era which is the first of its kind. A new year in a new paradigm unlike ever before. Human consciousness is exploding and people are coming alive again, beginning to feel and experience life on a whole new level, as if they were thawing out from a long cold freeze.
