The Benefits of Organic Hemp Milk + How to Make Your Own

Though its name might be a bit misleading, organic hemp milk is a perfectly legal in these countries , not to mention healthy, alternative for vegetarians or non vegetarians. Produced from the seeds of the hemp plant, this milk has only begun to be sold in the United States within the past few years.

One concern that people have about organic hemp milk is that it might contain some of the chemical THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is found in marijuana. Rest assured that this ingredient is not present or associated with hemp milk.

Another concern is that the hemp seeds must be imported since it’s currently not legal to grow the hemp plant in the US. Some hemp milk producers have to rely on obtaining hemp seeds from farmers in Canada or Europe, where the growth of hemp plants for oil or milk is perfectly legal.

How To Visualize For Meditation and Wake Induced Lucid Dreams

Lucid Dreaming

 By Rebecca Turner

Learning how to visualize is an important part of Wake Induced Lucid Dreams and guided meditation, and can even program your non-lucid dream content.

For some people, visualization comes naturally, so the exercises here may seem obvious. But for others, engaging the imagination seems like an impossible task. This is a step-by-step breakdown specifically for them.

Due to the subjective nature of visualization, I won't promise these methods work for everyone, but they certainly work well for me. I've also created exercises for people who aren't visually predominant in their imagination. That means creating imagined scenes while focusing on the senses of sound, touch, taste and smell.

Snow Forecast

An atmospheric river of Pacific moisture has been soaking parts of the West Coast and will continue to do so through the weekend. Below we have a look at the forecast details followed by what we mean by the phrase atmospheric river.

A deep dip, or trough, in the jet stream is currently in place over the eastern Pacific Ocean. This has been sending a parade of frontal systems and upper-level disturbances into the West Coast since Wednesday.

According to Weather Channel Severe Weather Expert Dr. Greg Forbes, a below-average year for tornadoes continued in the month of November, where just seven tornadoes were tentatively confirmed in the United States.

The 10-year average for tornadoes in November is 62, Forbes says, but a monthly total as low as seven is not unprecedented. There were no reported tornadoes in November 1976 and only three tornadoes were confirmed in November 2009.

December 1, 2012 – ALASKA – Residents on Kodiak Island and the Kenai Peninsula were shaken awake at 11:00pm on Friday night as a 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Alaska Peninsula/ South Central region. The quick jolt occurred 69 miles north of Larsen Bay and 238 miles southwest of Anchorage. It was generated at a depth of 52.1 miles beneath the surface on the mainland across from Kodiak Island.
